There was no balcony, would have loved the space to just sit out in the evening. Hotel a little outdated but very clean

Excellent location on the seafront. Our room had a fabulous sea view. Rooftop pool was great with no difficulty getting loungers. Good breakfast buffet and breakfast room staff were very efficient and kept tables cleared and reset as necessary. Room cleaning was also of a very high standard.

Rooms need an update. This could be easily done by painting walls and doors a brighter colour and replacing tired curtains. Reception staff were pleasant but didn't look up to greet guests during the day. Pool near restaurant feels very claustrophobic and new opaque glass fencing means you can no longer see the sea while on a lounger.

The breakfast was fantastic with loads of selection. Close to the beach,supermarkets, restaurants, shops and was easy to reach anywhere. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of the property was very good. The swimming pool area was nice and clean!

We loved its location , by the sea with an sea front restaurant and you could walk anywhere in Nerja from it. We felt very safe. Interior design with lots of open seating where groups could gather , we were a wedding party. Staff were very friendly. Both pools were lovely. Food was very tasty with lot of options for large family group. It’s was a fantastic hotel.

It’s a small thing but there were no tea or coffee machines in the rooms or any where to just get a coffee before the seaside restaurant opened at 10 am or to go to the morning buffet for a full breakfast. Even a vending machine maybe in the first floor for guests who just want a cup of tea or coffee for breakfast would be great.

Loved my sea view room in the main building sitting on the balcony listening to the sea 🌊 ❤. The room was cleaned every day to a high standard.

Rooms could be upgraded a lick of paint new furniture, but in saying that the room was spotless. I don't like the fact that if you book and pay extra for a sea view room your not guaranteed it you could be across the Rd in the other hotel which is a lovely hotel but only partial sea view 🤷‍♀️. I brought another couple this yr family members and we booked for nxt yr already same wk and asked for the same rooms but even a yr in advance a room in the main building can't be guaranteed, this is my only complaint, I had a lovely stay and all the staff are lovely and helpful 😊

Great selection breakfast eggs 4 ways pancaes bacon cereals could do with fresh squeezed orange juice for 4 star .Needs chorizo n.n.bean stew more regional dishes.I like mermelades served.in pumps saves.on individual plastic containers except for.butter.

Furnishings on plder part if hotel all mismatched door hanging off outside fridge cupboard.plumbing.in shower needs fixing.They have done ultra modern on new.building tine to upgrade the tired rooms in main.building the reception and.public areas have veen done but bedroons grubby and tired I loved the.view to sea from balcony nothing.in front thats why I asked for full frontal sea.view.

Lovely hotel in a great location, quick check in at reception desk by a very friendly receptionist, our room was ready which we were delighted with, it was a good size bedroom with a beautiful Seaview 😍 breakfast was good plenty of selection, pancakes and omelettes cooked fresh which was delicious 😋 hotel is spotless rooms cleaned daily, would highly recommend this hotel

Could do with more tea and coffee machines because some mornings there was quite a queue 🤔 it's a good size dining room so 2 wasn't enough

The location was perfect. We had a sea view, it really was spectacular. So close to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were really friendly and you had the choice of 2 pools.

No iron or tea coffee was a bit of an inconvenience, the older building could do with a bit of a make over. Our room was very dated and at the start was a little musty. The pool snack bar service was poor, it seemed to be that it was understaffed though, resulting in slow wait times.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. We were originally concerned that the sea view from the rear building may have been restricted. It wasn't the view was great. The roof top pool and sunbathing area was great. The breakfast was comprehensive and good value. The location is great. Perfect for local hospitality and the beach. Just a short walk to the Balcon and more bars and restaurants.

Nothing really. Maybe sparkling wine with breakfast would be a nice addition and maybe access to a local gym.
