We loved the apartment, very clean, lovely location!

When you check out there is no storage room for luggage, most flights are later in the evening to get the most of the sun, the girl did let us stay an extra hour but we still had to walk around with our luggage in the heat which was a bit of a inconvenience!

The beach is directly in front of the property - no need to cross a street or walk any distance. The apartment is extremely clean and well maintained and is spacious with a nice balcony outside with a table and 2 beach chairs. Everything is very modern. Parking ended up being available on the street so we didn't have to pay to park.

There was no dishwasher in the unit which seemed unusual given how large and modern the kitchen is - and the size of the apartment - 3 bedrooms. Also, we were in Unit #26 which is the end unit next to the hotel and the outdoor restaurant. It wasn't terribly private but it wasn't noisy. I was traveling with a relative so privacy wasn't a huge issue for us. But, something to consider if you are traveling with a partner/spouse.

Rooms a little dated

Lovely modern apartments right on the beach, great location, everything you needed in the apartments.

We were there for 10 nights, the cleaner never came to clean our apartment or to change our bed linen, I had to ask for clean towels every couple of days. Our bins were only emptied once during our stay. I discovered there were bins up the road in which we could use. It would have been nice to have the use of the hotel swimming pool.

The location of the apartments is lovely, outside of the town centre but still on the prom. Lots of cafes and bars within walking distance. Staff were friendly and there is a fabulous laid back vibe. You'll have your own sunloungers so no early morning queues.

The apartments would very much benefit from the addition of a swimming pool, even a small one. One of the photos on this site is an aerial one and is deceptive as the pool in the photo is owned by the hotel next door and they are a different company, and whilst it is a beach front property the sea can be quite fierce if there is any wind. So if being in the water is a priority for your holiday this might not be the property for you. That aside it is a lovely property.

Location is fabulous, right on the beach but close to all the amenities. The apartment we had was newly renovated and met our needs perfectly.The outside space was a gorgeous terrace with table and chairs. The perfect space to entertain friends.

We had a slight ant problem, but we were advised that it happened to all the apartments in the summer. we just cleaned them up and made sure no food was left out. We were advised that they would be providing sprays to deal with the issue. We only discovered once we had arrived that its namesake hotel next door is no longer part of the same business so there was no access to the swimming pool or the facility to beach towels, which we thought we would have. Although a little disappointing we did swim in the sea instead.

A good sea view and panoramic windows and doors make the deal. You may even open the doors to the terrace and sleep with the song of the sea surrounding you. The beach is behind the terrace and you may get to it in 1 minute. There is no sand on the beach, only small rocks, but there is a lot of space on the beach and the beach is not crowded at all.

The underground parking in the hotel Perla Marina (1 min walk from the apartments) is perilous. It's too narrow and the angle is pretty big, so it was tough to get in and get out. The engine of the Ford Kuga (I assume 1.6L non-turbo) did the job very hard to get out of the parking. Don't recommend to take the parking. And in general, it takes 20 minutes by foot to get to the city center.

Modern immaculate apartment with all facilities. The terrace overlooking the beach was exceptional and even though the weather was not great I spent hours out there watching kite surfers and the waves. It was fantastic to throw the sliding doors open to watch a thunder and lightening storm over the sea from the comfort of the couch, The apartment has a supermarket, restaurants in close vicinity and a lovely walkway along by the beach. The staff were so accommodating. I really hope to return to these apartments in the near future.

Location, comfort of apartment and quietness at night.... close to beach and short distance to shops and restaurants.

For some reason I thought we had use of pool in hotel of same name but they are separate. Also I never ascertained if there was a place to leave luggage. There is a small office but it’s not open much..

Our apartment was directly on and facing the beach. We loved sitting on the terrace for the view of the clear Mediterranean waters and being able to immediate access the beach and swim in it.

We drove a car to the apartment complex, but there was no included parking. We were directed to and used a paid parking lot a couple of blocks away, but frequently these lots were completely filled before lunch time each day. Just note that you have to plan for parking each day.
