the salt water “Thalasso” therapy baths are some of the best that I have seen- clean, well maintained, excellent options for treatment, fantastic facility. Salo, the massage therapist, is an experienced and knowledgeable professional- top notch.

Reception was outstanding : nice, clear, helpful If you like to walk or bike by the sea this a place for you. The hotel is lending bikes. The spa was a really nice experience Wonderful massage experience too

The evening dinner is good but a bit expensive (Menu & A la carte). (Ex Menu = 64€/p) I suggest that they add a selection of less sophisticated and less expensive dishes for those wishing to eat a hot meal at the hotel and not necessarily looking for a gourmet pricey dish :)

All the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful, and coped with our poor Spanish. Everything was very clean, and the food good. We had opted for a Superior Double Room and the sea view was good and as described. Swimming/Jacuzzi Pools good, but not necessarily the main attraction for ourselves. Sited close to the beach and the small restaurants and bars also

Hotel is slightly tired and in need of a refresh, the room electrical sockets are sparse and in odd places, the bathroom one was loose in the wall, but everything is very clean. Swimming/Jacuzzi Pool tiles very slippery, as you would expect swimming pool tiles to be perhaps, but little grip and large areas to navigate, maybe I am getting old!! :-0>

the bed was very big and comfy having access to the spa was fantastic all facilities are new, great stay breakfast was good too fantastic hotel outdoor terrace to have drinks or nibbles

the car park is very expensive both inside the hotel and outside in the streets

The terrace of the bar, its views, the colour design of the hotel inside (blues and whites), the ambience in the terrace, and the nice designed spa with its saunas,...The neat and clear instructions by the reception staff, all easy going and clear, as estated and offered.

Breakfast was good, it would be worth offering coffee from the bar machine, or in jars, instead of having to serve it from the machine. Such a good hotel deserves a better coffee...

Excellent customer service from the manager and others, explained everything to us regarding amenities and things going on at the hotel all with a smile. Beautiful location. Would definitely stay there again.

We got the room with the breathtaking view for the ocean. There were many options for breakfast, everything was super fresh and the stuff was really kind and always helpful :)

We wish we had more holidays to stay longer in that beautiful place.

I was very happy staying at this hotel. I could of stayed a whole month.

The only thing which seemed to be lacking was the transport options to/from the town/station. Apparently there are only two taxi cabs in the town.

Olatz was extremely helpful and friendly. Really went out of her way to look after us. The room was lovely so was the view from our balcony. We also had a very nice breakfast before we started our journey home.

The rooms were very small. The "secret" code provided to the room was very easy to guess. I'd expect to use something random.
