perfect location right in the center, very clean room, nice and helpfull staff close to the hotel (there is no reception directly at the hotel), bed OK, air conditioning OK, I would recommend if you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room apart from sleeping :)

the hairdryer was broken, but we were provided with an extra one and also extra pillow on request. the room has only basic furniture and amenities. Just a small table with a chair apart from the bed and closet and nightstands, no fridge, no tea or coffeemaker, it is suitable when you just go there to sleep. but you have all restaurants, coffees and shops in walking distance, so it was not a problem. I would put an extra shelf into the bathroom, but overally ok. good value for the price.

The hotel is very well situated but If the breakfast was included , it would be good because the price per night is a littlebit expensive.Also the light of smoke detector in bed is disturbing our eyes at night.We love spending our holidays in Zarautz at Olatu Hotel, The staff at Hotel are very friendly , Thanks a lot to GARBIXE always smiling and she is there to help us if we need.Please make a bonus program for the people who come often to saty, i mean to have bonus for more you stay more you will have reduction on the price of hotel per night. Sound isolation is bad unfortunately. The parking - you have to find it by yourself, and you end paying 18eur per 24 h.

Cool location in Old Town. Very unique with outside shutters, looking out across rooftops

Very small. Outside shutters meant I had to open and close windows to affect amount of sunlight coming into the room. Pretty inconvenient.

NIce clean, comfortable hotel. Good value for money. Ideally located for Camino del Norte. Zarautz is a nice little town by the beach.

No parking on site but plenty available in a nearby multi storey which was reasonably priced. No meals at hotel but plenty of cafes nearby.

Tidy and surprisingly spacious family rooms. Central location very close to beach, small balconies in our family room were nice

Earplugs are handy during weekend nights - street noises get quite loud due to central location. Also very difficult to dry the beach gear due to very humid air conditions outside and inside.

The room is small and there is no place to put anything in the bathroom, that is a miss.

I didnt realize that there was no reception. Initially I didn't seethe notice directing me to the other hotel to book in. I was too tired. Advance notice of this in English when booking would be useful

Great place for a solo biker. Got the ok to have bike in room Close to central square and also the beach Friendly staff

I have no issues. It is a really nice budget hotel.
