The hotel is on top of a hill overlooking the bay. Taxis are easy to order from the from desk and cost around 8-10 Euros. The lounge and dining area are excellent and have a great view out to sea. The room was very comfortable and the staff were excellent. The breakfast was really tasty and a good variety. I would highly recommend the hotel for a stay in Donostia - San Sebastian

Everything was great.

Very family friendly hotel. Everybody was very nice and friendly to us and our daughter. They gave her little gifts almost everyday. The breakfast was very good, nothing to complain about. They even had a kid´s corner with Nutella and candy. The Bar & Restaurant was excellent with really good food and pinxos. We ate there every night during our stay. All service staff were very friendly and professional. The room was good, clean and quiet. With complementary coffe/tea/water. Nothing to complain about. The hotel was only 5min walk to the beach, and there was a Supermarket across the street if you needed to buy something. Best location!

There was a strong scent/perfume in the lobby and elevator. I guess they use this kind of "room-spray" at the hotel to make it more inviting and relaxing for the guests. But it can be difficult if you are sensitive to strong perfumes or smells, like myself. I only want to smell my own perfume that I have chosen - nothing else.

Room was clean, enough space for our things, on a corner so fairly private and the area wasn’t noisy. excellent breakfast buffet. 5’ from beach.

About a 20’ walk from the old and new parts of the city. But quality and price were worth it.

The hotel is well located in a quiet residential area of Antiguo with many restaurants and cafes nearby. Hotel is very close to the beach. There is a good public transportation options to get around the city. The room was comfortable, clean and well-equiped. Everything met our expectation from this hotel.

The exterior facade of the hotel could be renovated a bit, but it does not affect the quality of the accommodation in any way.

Very comfortable room with wonderful bed, nice lighting, desk and comfy chair. The shower has excellent water pressure and warms up fast. The room also has a mini-bar and coffee/tea facilities. The location is excellent for exploring San Sebastian. You will find various great restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the hotel. It's a 10-minute walk to the nearest beach, 25-minute walk to downtown. The busses to downtown, the old town and the airport stop one block from the hotel. Breakfast is excellent and even includes Cava (although a bit pricey at EUR 25). Service is friendly and efficient.

The temperature control in the room didn't work very well. It was either too hot or too cold. We had to keep turning the AC on/off and open/close windows to get a pleasant temperature.

Very good NH hotel located at one end of the San Sebastian Bay, a good 35 to 40 minutes walk to the Old Town, but a bus stop, a few minutes from the hotel, takes you along the lovely promenade and stops at Old Town (No: 5). The hotel has secure underground parking and EV charging points! The stairs and elevator connect to reception - friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean with good bathroom/shower facilities; pet friendly with a lovely pet bed supplied! Nearby are several bars and restaurants, so not always necessary to visit the Old Town for tapas! We did not take breakfast in the hotel.

Great location away from the busy centre but close to beach and selection of bars and restaurants. Comfortable beds with quality linen.

The hotel is finished to a high standard with good interior design but oddly the corrodes have ill fitting square fitting tiles that let down the quality and look like a bad 1980's school corridor. The bedrooms while having a business clientele fail to have usb points in room. Chargers are available on request.

Very nice room and common spaces. Huge super-comfortable bed. Extremely clean, with loads of cleaning personnel hanging around. Friendly staff, ready to accomodate our needs. Very cheap parking option outside the hotel (hotel parking not needed). The position is fine, walking distance from the centre.. but a somewhat long walk...

Liked it all!, the position was the least impressive part as not super-close to the centre.

+ Friendly staff. + Quiet neighborhood. + Extensive breakfast buffet as common with NH Hotels. + Getting a taxi is fast; the reception can just press a button and the taxi was here when we walked out of the hotel. + Good in-house garage.

- Though the location is in a better neighborhood of San Sebastian and it is a 10 min walk from La Concha, it takes is a 40 min walk to the old town area where all the taps restaurants are.

Very kind & helpful staff, great selection for breakfast, comfortable beds, and for our dog they had put a dog bed and two bowls in our room - a very nice & thoughtful gesture. The hotel has a secure (paid) parking garage, but if you’re comfortable with parking your car on the street that’s also an option (and free during the evening & night). Some nice bars and eating out options nearby too.

The hotel in located in an area with lots of one way streets. When coming from the south you have to pay close attention where to get off.
