The staff were great, really friendly and helpful, there are multiple outside pools and rooftop jacuzzi that were always clean and lots of nice little areas to relax around the pools. The swim-up bar was a great place to hang out and get chatting with other guests. The spa was really excellent and had much better facilities than we were expecting. The location is brilliant, 10 minutes from the airport right near the beach and some bars/ restaurants etc. The food was really nice and we actually had the majority of our meals there as it was a good standard. Overall would highly recommend the hotel and we would love to go back again.

The only thing that could have been improved was there was no iron in the room, I did borrow one from reception but it was a tiny travel iron without an ironing board.

The location is perfect :-). Just next to the beach, near the airport and the bus stop to Palma. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was small but comfortable. I loved the swimming pool. I'd come back again if possible.

I had such bad neighbours next room. Two young guys played such loud music on the balcony till late hours (midnight or later) that it wasn't possible to stay outside and enjoy the calm evening. And even when I asked them to turn the volume down they didn't listen and turned it up instead. I honestly wanted to move out to another room or another hotel. Though, this is not a mistake of the hotel.

Bike park and service was excellent, specially the man who cares bike service!

I had the stay at your hotel 10 days during 1.-11.3.2024. There was bugs at my room. And I got lot of bugi bites to my body. So, I had to make lot of freezing/heating things for all my clothes, bags etc. Other thing was that I ordered and we were agreed upon that I'll got cold breakfast at 6 am before my early flight. But, I didn't got nothing breakfast, at the reception they didn't know nothing about order of cold breakfast. I was really disappoint about these things. Br, Terho Pekkarinen.

Safety around the pool area is a concern. I saw a lady slip and fall and damage her shoulder and I witnessed many others slipping around the pool area. There are no railings to hold onto to get into the pool which is on a slant and gets deep very quickly. . Also, there are steps to get to pool area however there is nothing to hold onto as you step down proving precarious. Any steps you have to walk down should have a railing of some sort to keep you safe. It gets extremely wet and slippy around the pool area on the tiles during the day. I was.on edge walking to and from my sun lounger to the pool.

It was a beautiful place! The staff was friendly, the breakfasts and lunches were lovely, there was something new every day. The spa area is not very big but we loved it. Every night there was some kind of show at the bar.

The windows of our room faced the backyard because of this from 6 am we could hear how the kitchen was working and the staff was transporting dishes. But we like to sleep with the windows open. with the windows closed, they can't be heard.

Good location, nice suite with balcony. Food plentiful and varied.

Lack of coffee pods provided each day,B ought own tea bags I'm the end as never replaced after 2nd morning. Daily cleaning abit hit and miss, some areas not done often.

perfect location, 2minutes to the beach, also close to airport. you can find everything nearby , bar , restaurant or supermarket. The swimming pool is very nice, clean water, wonderful music. staff is friendly and helpful.

The floor drain in the shower was clogged, I assume guests go to the beach and came back to take a shower, the sand builds up really fast. it could be an inevitable problem, I guess not only occurred in my room. While everyday they clean the my bathroom very well, really appreciated that!

Great and helpful staff, fantastic food, nice and convenienit location close to the beach, town, restaurants, shops, bus stops. The rooms were super clean and the service was above the expectations...

Earliy check in as well as late check out was not possible...On the first night the was super loud noise around the midnight right in fron of our window as someone was emptying the glass containers, but this is Spain :) The bed matteresses were separated (two singel ones), instead of one big queen mattress, which was super annoying...

The staff were so friendly, the location was fantastic (close to airport, a two minute walk to the beach and the promenade which was lovely to stoll along in the evenings), there were lots of lovely bars n restaurants nearby and the pool area was amazing. We loved having cocktails at the swim up bar. The hotel was extremely clean and our room was perfect with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious with a brilliant shower. The food was great and drinks were very reasonably priced. We highly recommend this hotel.

We loved everything about the hotel. There was aeroplane noise during the day but we loved watching and listening to them. We didn't hear them at all at night as the rooms were very well soundproofed.
