The apartment is located close to the airport and you can get from the in 7 min by bus, which is very comfortable It is basically on the beach (you can visit 2 beaches in 2 min walk) and has a lovely sea view, which you can enjoy from the balcony. The studio is comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and you can cook by yourself. The location is great: you have 2 beaches, 3 supermarkets, beach promenade, plenty of bars and restaurants. There's also a bus to get you to the city centre of Palma in 30-45min. The stuff is very pleasant, helpful and is always there for your comfort. It was a very pleasant stay. We hope to come back

Great location close to everything. Nice beach out front with enough space to put up your own umbrella. Bus to airport 6-7 min walk, busride only 10 min. Aircon good, wifi ok. Fridge with freezer good size. Kitchen had everything needed except a cutting board. Great ocean view - we had room 303. Nice people working there. Would def book again even if some cleaning is needed.

The whole apartment needs a washdown.. and some paint. And new curtains..maybe new mattress, but we were comfortable enough. So if you are a very clean person this place might not be for you, the cleaners only change the sheets/towels and take out the thrash,they don't clean the floor/bathroom. We were ok with the situation.

This was a great apartment for what I needed. It was a small little kitchen for cooking a small living area and then the bedroom. Air con was amazing as it was 40 degrees while I was there. There was aircon in the living room and bedroom. Location was in a good spot pretty much right on the beach, place wasn't too noisy. Perfect for what I needed. Near a couple of beaches, many Restaurants and supermarkets. Parking is a little hard nearby but just have to move at the right time. I was pretty lucky the days I stayed here and got ones super close. I felt very safe here and neighbourhood was nice.

There are comfortable beds and good kitchen facilities. The hotel is close to the beach and many restaurants, and Spar is just next door.

We stayed on the 1st floor, but the Wi-Fi wasn't working and only showed access to the 2nd, which was too weak for us.

Very friendly and helpful reception who helped us every time when we needed anything or any help. Staff have good recommendations and advice to us. On the day of check out, they also helped us with luggage storage and taxi booking. Also we like to sometimes just chat with the reception staff when they are not busy. The room is bright, with good smell and good atmosphere which makes us relax. Cleaning lady changes towel everyday and also clean a bit everyday. There are lot of plates / pots in the kitchen. Although the kitchen is a bit simple, but it serves the purpose quite well. Bathroom is clean and well organised. Bed and pillow is comfortable.

It was well worth the money, verry good location, close to stores and busses, VERRY close to the beach.

The bathroom is poorly designed, you cant really sit on the toilet, and the view isnt great from the balkong. BUT it was cheap and comftable, if you are on a budget, i highly recomend

Location was right on the beach front.

Nowhere to dry your towels on the balcony. No seat or table on the balcony. A new boiler had been fitted and you couldn't shut the cupboard door over it, so you kept hitting your head when using the kitchen sink.

good location. room just as in pics front desk person was cheerful and helpful nice to have a littel kitchen with refridgerator in the room

the front desk person was not at post upon arrival and we had to wait for him. He was cleaning up another area. Waited app. 15 minutes. bathroom was ok, outside on terrace we had smokers on both sides of us. Allergic to smoke. Had to keep slidding door closed most of the time.

Location was great, next to the beach. Grocery shops, dress footwear shops, restaurant everything near to it. View from the balcony was beautiful. It was warm bright day, curtains were thick so stopped sunlight from coming in bedroom while early morning. Kitchen had microwave, 2 hob cooking heater, dishes, cutlery, 2 deep pans, 1 shallow pan. 1 AC in bedroom, 1 AC in living room. Spacious bedroom, spacious bathroom, long balcony with balcony chairs, table. Receptionist staff was friendly and helpful with places to visit, commute to take. Our flight was in night, receptionist kept our luggage safely after our 12 pm check-out for free.

No handwash liquid. Kitchen had damaged water kettle. Fridge was small and freezer had no door so things in fridge was getting frozen. No scrub, dishwasher liquid in kitchen. Bathroom had no exhaust or outlet fan.

Love these apartments close to everything . Shop underneath bars next door.

We were on the 1st floor which was lovely until somebody moved in above us moving furniture and whatever else all evening. I dont like complaining but I had to as it went on for hours. Tele needs updating for rainy days not everyone is german no english channels .
