Breakfast super. Reception staff excellent and fast. Location near beach. No hills. Great promenade for walks. Beds super comfortable. Rooms cleaned daily. Fresh towels daily. Shower powerful. Very clean throughout.

Not hotel fault, but airport noise. Didn't bother us though. Always returned a little drunk and late after visits to Finigans bar just around corner.

Super convenient for the airport, staff is always friendly, the breakfast is decent. It's basic but more than adequate for the price. The bed was comfy. The balcony has a nice view.

The room smelt a bit musty, as if it used to be a smoking room? I like to have my windows open so it wasn't a big deal, up to the moment in the morning when a couple of passers by decided to have a very loud conversation right underneath. But that just comes with the location, I closed the window and the black out curtains, and the AC made it a pleasant rest. One thing that needs looking at is the rail on the balcony, when I leaned on it, it wiggled witch didn't make me feel safe.

Hi. My name is Kerim. Young guy)), 35 years old. I am from Kazakhstan, I live in the city of Shymkent. We visited the city of Palma de Mallorca after the city of Malaga. We arrived late in the evening, at 23:00. At the airport, the staff was asked how to get to the hotel. We were offered to use the A1 bus. It turns out that buses run until morning. We got on the A1 bus and went to the hotel. At the hotel we were well received at the reception. We organized our rooms by pre-order. We booked two rooms. One for me, the other for Mom. They all explained to us how to get into the room, how to open the doors with a card, how to turn on the electricity with a card by inserting the card into the socket for the switch. They said that in the morning from 7:00 to 10:30 breakfast is served free of charge. We really enjoyed the breakfast. It was very satisfying, and the choice of dishes was great. The hotel room is clean, cozy, well-maintained, has all the amenities, including a shower and toilet. There is an elevator, it is very convenient. The area is very quiet, calm, the people on the streets are cheerful, positive, kind, welcoming, sociable. Since we arrived at night, we found a burger king nearby. Even at night, the locals were very kind. Overall, 100% security, 100% warm welcome, good neighborhood and 100% good neighbors.

Extremely close to the airport, only 5minutes drive with taxi. There is a beach near by and a buss stop 15minutes away wich brings you to the city centre of Palma. Very good breakfast.

Close to airport, ideal for transit for it's cost. The price was the best in that area. Staff is nice, helpful and friendly. Bed is ok for stay overnight between flights. Balcony is big enough and has table and chairs. Breakfast is included but I had no chance to taste it as left before it gets served (7-10am).

Towels are very old so it is obvious they used to be white and thick but now they become grey and thin. They are really very bad and not pleasant to use, so the only use of them could be of wiping floors.

Great central position, good value for money, basic but very clean, the bed was fairly comfortable and I'm very fussy with beds. Welcoming staff even late at night. Loved the organic local almond soap in the shower, that was a nice touch.

I've arrived around 3am as my flight was delayed and was planning to sleep late, but got knocked on the door several times during the morning, at one point the cleaning staff barged in, before realising I was still in there. I then noticed there was a "don't disturb" sign laying on the table, so my bad I guess. I suggest maybe hanging it from inside the door so it's easier to spot. Can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't make it down on time, but it's nice that it's an option. I got a coffee in the cafeteria that's just next door.

The hotel is a bit dated but it is situated 1 bus stop away from the airport (A2 service, €5.00) and few minutes walk from the beach. Staff is outstanding and very helpful, especially the reception staff and the bar staff. (I didn’t asked their name but all the staff who worked there in-between the 7th and the 9th of July was 5*) If you are using the bus service: you need to wave the bus down in the bus stop, otherwise they won’t stop. I learned that lesson to my way to the airport 😅

The rooms could do with a fridge.

We received a very warm welcome and all staff we encountered were great. Great location with lots of restaurants, by the water's edge. Roof top pool was an amazing bonus, more than you expect for a small hotel near an airport. This was a one-night stop for us as our flight was at 0630 the next day and it was just perfect. 5E by bus to airpot or 13E for a taxi. Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast but they kindly made us up a packed one to take with us.

good location not far from the airport and from various beaches. the hotel itself is beautiful, the restaurant has very tasty food and very friendly staff. also very friendly administrators who answered all my questions and helped with everything I needed. overall a good stay at the hotel I am satisfied, but I would like the rooms to be a little cleaner because unfortunately, my room was not clean enough

Great hotel located near the airport. Kind and attentive personnel, spacious room. The neighbourhood is well connected to the city center, there are a lot of supermarkets and restaurants around. It's a quieter neighbourhood of Palma.

The reception smelled a bit of cigarettes and the surroundings of the hotel weren't the greatest visually - there was a construction site nearby. Some windows were hard to close, since the lock in them was broken.
