Hotel Playa Adults Only

The staff are so friendly and attentive, and have plenty of recommendations for things to do. The food was amazing, so much choice and everything tasted fantastic. We hired bikes from the hotel on 3 occasions, perfect for exploring, with baskets for bags and towels. The hotel is on the quieter end of the coast, it's lovely with plenty of mellow atmosphere around.

Unfortunately, our balcony looked on to another hotel having building work done. The workmen were opposite most of the time, so we didn't use it as much as we would have liked to. It's totally just one of those things. It did not in any way ruin our stay. 100% recommend Hotel Playa Adults. There wasn't a full-length mirror in the room, which would have been nice to see complete outfits. There are two smaller mirrors in the bathroom and above the TV that are great for hair and makeup.

Meals! Breakfast, lunch and dinner - exceptional. Not a huge choice but very high quality and menu changes every day. Very nice, friendly staff. First I tried to remember names to mention in a review but all of them are actually doing a great job: reception, kitchen, bar, room cleaning. When we arrived after a flight delay we got a late dinner. I think every hotel need to learn this: when you see a newcomer first question has to be "Are you hungry?". Very nice location, like 30 m to the beach. Clean, sandy public beach, not too crowded Very cool terrace with sea view

Maybe guys could rearrange the shower cabin a little bit. Water taps in the middle really make it hard to turn around inside :)

We had 'All Inclusive' so we can refer to that option. Meals were pretty good but the drinks were just awful. Coffee terrible, vodka and whisky were 30%vol (so probably that were some whisky and vodka 'like' drinks). Breakfast only for meat lovers, if you are vegetarian you have a problem. If you like normal coffe, definitely you should buy coffe on the bar ;) Second issue is WiFi. Kinda funny. I paid more than a 1300$ for a room and they charge extra 7euros for WiFi internet. Quite weird way to upsell in these times ;)

The location of the hotel is great, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the food was great. Also, I enjoyed the party that was thrown on Wednesday.

The wifi internet was quite slow and not working most of the time. The fact that a double room has two beds unified instead of a single bed was quite uncomfortable because they were sliding laterally. The list of drinks offered for the all-inclusive is very poor and they don’t include all the local drinks, such as sangria. They include only: tinto de verano, white/red/pink wine, rum, whiskey, but not cocktails + non-alcoholic drinks such as: cola, cola zero, fanta orange, fanta lemon, sprite and sparkling water.

Great location with an amazing sea view, lots of restaurants and markets arround. Less than 20min from the airport to the hotel and around 35min to the cathedral by bus as well. Staff was frendly and the hotel is super organised and clean. There is a luggage room and shower that can be used after checkout, super helpful.

The quality of coffee, tea, wines, deserts and food in general in the all inclusive option could be improved. Apart from the salads buffet which were super fresh. I would definitely stay again in the hotel, but not sure if would get the all inclusive option.

Brilliant hotel, right at the beach side! The staff are so lovely, a massive shout out to Vanessa and Oriana in particular as they have made our stay! Hotel is very clean and food is great, all inclusive options for drinks are fair. The room is lovely, the balcony is great, the mattress is a firm one but still very comfortable and the AC was a blessing. Very cycling friendly with amenities of shops and restaurants and bars all around. We went at the end of May/beginning of July and it was the perfect time to go as the weather was not too hot but still great to get a tan and swim in the sea, but not too busy with tourists. We got to store our luggage at the end of our trip as our flight wasn't until super late on. The airport is a 10 minute taxi/bus ride away. I genuinely can't praise the staff enough, we had the best time! Definitely coming back next year!

The shower is a little awkward as it's easy to shut off the water or change temperature by accident when moving within the cubicle. The toilet sometimes had a funny smell, which I'm guessing is to do with the plumbing in the building. However, this in no matter inconvenienced our stay at all or changed our very positive opinion of the place!

Excellent location, room and food. There was plenty of choice for each meal that we had. All staff were friendly and helpful from arranging taxis to local information.

The wine. We went all inclusive and I drink wine. Both White and Rose all inlclusive wines were undrinkable. As i don't like beer or spirits, which left me to drink water.

The hotel staff is amazing, and always ready to help with anything - from recommendations what to see, to advising how to get around. Even though we did not get the direct sea view room, hotel has a roof top terrace and a front terrace on the first floor with the sea being just a few meters away. All inclusive was great as well and they have a big list of drinks included, and you can also purchase things that are. not on the list. However, the drinks menu for all-inclusive guests could include a few more cocktails, as it is just simple mixed drinks.

Housekeeping would not get to our room before lunch, so we could have a shower with clean towels (not the sandy ones from the day before), however, it did not make our stay unpleasant. The walls in the rooms are paper thin, so you can hear more or less everything if people talk loud.

Super location . On beach . Very friendly helpful staff . Hauch was so lovely on our arrival and very helpful through our stay. Rosanna was another outstanding team member on the Sunday morning . I like the fact that we could bring our breakfast out in the front deck . Very clean . Offered us baggage storage and shower facility as we left later in afternoon . We got an upgrade to front sea view room ( which was totally unexpected and very generous ) and it was just beautiful .

Rooms are basic . No iron . No beach towels . You have to buy next door. ( but they only cost euros 4.90 ) But saying this , the hotel is a terrific three star hotel and far far better than some ‘4 star ‘ ones close by . It exceeded my expectations . I’d take this hotel without hesitation. We will be back and make this ‘our regular ‘ for short breaks which we like to take .

The beach front location is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast is a nice touch for guests and the location is central to everything you need.

The room was very outdated (flooring, bathroom and bedding all very old) and extremely tiny in comparison to how large the connected patio was. The bathroom was so tiny that you can’t sit on the toilet without hitting your knees to the shower door. The room was very basic, with very uncomfortable pillows. The bed was comfortable but the pillows didn’t match the same comfort. There were no basic bathroom items like shampoo and conditioner. The rooms were bare bones basic but the view was 100%.
