We had a junior suit with sea view. The view from the room over the entire bay is wonderful. We were satisfied with the cleanliness, breakfast and room facilities.

Although we booked the room with the most beautiful and wide view of the bay, upon arrival we received a room with a side view of the sea, the weakest in this category (the farthest from the sea with views towards the neighboring buildings). I immediately informed the reception, but they did not have to offer us what we reserved. Only next day the manager of the reception was kind and offered us the room we had reserved.

This hotel was fabulous, right beside the beach and we had a beautiful sea view. The rooftop pool area was amazing and the food at pool bar was 10/10 proper good food! The rooms were so clean although it’s just a pity the room I stayed in wasn’t a little bigger. I did see into some other rooms when cleaners were in and they looked much bigger. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was excellent. Good I’m the restaurant was good also much better than most all inclusive places I’ve stayed.

The ambience and style, the staff were friendly and it was near the beach and close to Palma city , we took the bikes to the city and only took us about 30 mins.

The location was everything. The staff were amazing and super kind and helpful. The beach access and pools were awesome. The restaurant attached (Blue Dune) was delicious and reasonably priced.

The pools and the rooms were smaller than I anticipated or looked in the pictures. The room especially was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in and I was surprised to see a twin bed. It was ok for me bc I’m small but a solo traveler that’s even just a little bigger than me would find the rooms too small. I kept hitting my elbows on the walls especially in the bathroom.

Hotel has recently been renovated and modernised, the decor was lovely and everywhere was spotlessly clean and fresh. We had a corner room so had a bit of extra space compared to other rooms and a bonus that we had a partial sea/beach view. But excellent value for money, it was a really relaxed vibe with not many children, so totally relaxing. Breakfast was really nice, never too crowded and plenty of options. Check in was smooth and staff were all friendly.

Could have done with some more sunbeds on the rooftop, unfortunately there was day beds that were expensive to hire for the day taking up most of the room. Also wish the pool was open a bit later in the evening after a long day at the beach or exploring.

The location of the hotel is amazing, beach front and in proximity of supermarket, souvenir shops , restaurant, bar. Room very clean with an amazing view. Rooftop pool/ bar worth to visit and really good breakfast With a lot of choices.

No iron board in the room, and one night coming back in the room ( we were at the 6th floor) we realised that there was a heavy water leaking on the hallway roof from the pool upstairs, we went at the reception to advice what was happening and the night receptionist just stormed off at us basically, invited us to mind our business. This is more about the single individual than the hotel I want to clarify; the rest of the staff was lovely and they fixed the problem the morning after.

Our room was too small and had a sink in the bedroom which was off putting, when checking the size of room it was one on the smallest they have. I think the Other nationals staying here are treated with more respect than the UK visitors.

Can Pastilla is beautiful 😍 the hotel is well run, with friendly staff. The food offered fir breakfast and dinner has a great choice daily and it is really good The Piella was the best I have ever taste! There was norh9bg to not like about this hotel

I would love the hotel to have entertainment every night and have a sign up of what the entertainment is in a weekly schedule

Good location in the resort. Both pools were nice. Good choice of food served during breakfast. Easy to use the cycle path to take the flat ride to Palma.

2 lifts for the whole building and were VERY slow when you called them. maximum people in each lift was 4, so when a lift did come, it was sometimes not possible to get in. Rooftop pool area was always very busy and very hard to get a chair or lounger. Space used by the cabanas (extra cost) was usually empty so could have been used better if free loungers were available in this area instead.
