Our flight was cancelled & the hotel was near the airport & a great base for our ‘extra’ time in Spain. The hotel was quite amazing inside, nothing that you would expect from the size of the entrance! Super clean & quite modern inside, the breakfast room is downstairs & was very well set out & bright & airy, the food was excellent!!! Our room was a little dated, the en-suite was lovely & modern, but there was a fridge, good air con & a nice comfortable bed. Definitely worth its 3 stars & was absolutely perfect for our needs at a good price too. All the staff were lovely, very helpful & very accommodating. … Excelente! Muchas gracias!

Absolutely nothing - suited our needs 100%

Our flight home was cancelled mid air, which meant flying back to Palma and urgently trying to find accommodation after midnight for tired and crying young children. The hotel has a receptionist on staff 24/7 who was very helpful- I called first to speak to someone and we were able to check in around 1:15 in the morning. They were able to provide a family room, as well as single rooms for other members in our party. - there’s aircon, hairdryer, fridge, tv etc in the rooms. - there are also small sofa‘s in the rooms - breakfast is included in the price and it was lovely- there’s a good selection which would suit almost everyone’s taste (from 7-10) - LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION- super close to the beach with lots of little shops, supermarket, bakery, nail salon close by! - the staff are all friendly, accommodating and helpful and speak English(which was great for us as we don’t speak Spanish unfortunately) - there’s an elevator **we had a problem with our booking- BOTH booking.com and the hotel was accommodating- thank you!

The decor in the rooms is a bit dated and some of the furniture (sofa in my room) could do with replacement. It was clean though- and exactly what we needed at the time!

The location is great, close to Can Pastilla Beach with the nearest stop to Palma for bus 35 and to airport bus A2 being a few minutes walk The nearby area has a lot of restaurants and supermarkets The room was quite nice with a mini-fridge and adequate lights, a big balcony was there as well. The buffet breakfast was great, we had plenty of options Reception staff were great, also luggage storage facility is available

The toilet was clean but it had leakage

There was an urgent medical emergency for one of our party which required the individual being rushed by ambulance to hospital. The hotel was outstanding and faultless in its response to the situation. I applause them and I am very grateful for the way they looked after us for the remaining of stay.

This is a standard for most hotels in Spain that I have visited. It would have been good to have tea & coffee making facilities as standard and included in the hotel room lol

Location is perfect,staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast room can be very busy, at times and a little chaotic, but the ladies working there do their best to please everyone.

The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful. It's a standard 3stars South Europe hotel. The breakfast was ok, standard continental breakfast (eggs, sausages, cold cuts, fruits, coffee, tea etc.). The breakfast staff was also very kind. They could give me glutenfree bread and biscuits. The hotel was clean, the equipment of the room and the hotel is little outdated.

Our bathroom was not ok, because the water didn't go down, just very slowly, so the whole bathroom was full of water after shower. We called the reception a few times, so finally on the 3rd day, the mechanich came and repaired somewhat. After that it got better, but not perfect because the floor was not too straight, but it isn't the mechanic's fault.

Close to the beach and the breakfast was good.

We ended up at this little gem due to a flight out of Palma that was delayed by more than 24 hours. When the staff understood that we had spent the night on the floor at the airport, they went out of their way to get a room ready in less than 30 minutes so that we could get some sleep, and before that they already worried about how to fix breakfast for us if we had to leave very early in the morning. I have travelled a lot but the service and attitude is the best I have ever met at a hotel. This is not a luxury hotel but neat and clean and they understood our needs and delivered on them without hesitation.

The hotel is centrally situated close to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. We were only here for 1 night. The reception is manned 24 hours and the staff and lovely. The room was spacious with a/c and the bathroom had a good shower. The beds were comfortable and we had a small balcony overlooking the street. Breakfast was a selection of cooked, continental and sweet foods and had a good selection which was constantly refreshed. It was self service and could be visited as many times as required.

The staff was always very helpful, they have a separate shower room that you can use before to take your flight if you leave in the afternoon. They prepared breakfast to go for the part of our group that left at 4 in the morning. The rooms were clean and tidy. Overall a very good value for money, can pastilla beach is literally at the door and there are several places nearby for food and drinks. Palma is just 15min by taxi.

Some of the rooms maybe a little small, others very nice and spacious.
