The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good, we had many options to chose from. Also, the hotel is conveniently located close to the beach (2mins) and to the airport (30 mins by foot). We were offered access to a swimming pool at another Amic hotel, but we didn't try it. If your flight is in the afternoon the hotel helps you store your luggage in a special room for free.

The only downside of our stay was that the bathroom was smelly, maybe because of the swage.

I stay for 6 nights in October 2022. The hotel exceeded my expectations!!! It was much better than I expected. It is a 35min walk to the airport terminal which saved £25 on transfers. The location is 100 yards from Palma Beach where there are loads of restaurants and bars to choose from. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are large with a balcony, fridge and television. The food is very good and there is a lot to choose from. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future. REMEMBER- It is only a 35 minute walk to the airport terminals therefore paying for a transfer is not necessary also, the airport bus stops 50 yards away every 30 mins.

I can't think of anything in particular given that the room was only €51 per night. I have paid more for worse hotels in the past in Mallorca.

The hotel is near the shops and the beach. Workers were very pleasent, helpful and friendly. Regarding meals, we had breakfast and dinner included and there are a lot of choices of food and you can try different meals each day.

It was a bit noisy because of the traffic. Nothing else :)

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was fantastic—just a 2-minute walk to the beach and very convenient overall. They also offered free luggage storage if you arrived before check-in or needed to leave after check-out. Plus, Amic Group has several hotels in the area, allowing you to use amenities like the pool at another hotel. There are plenty of great shops nearby, including food and clothing stores, and the area felt very safe at night.

The shower in the bathroom had very low water pressure, which made it challenging to shower and wash our hair (especially for two women). The room was of average size, which wasn’t a problem, but just a heads up—don’t expect a luxurious hotel room. It feels more like a cozy apartment.

Hotel Amic Gala is a lovely small hotel in the Can Pasitlla district of Palma de Mallorca. Rooms are clean, tidy, compfy. The personel is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is versatile and substantial, the hotel has a good price/value ratio. What I liked the most is the hotel's location: close to the beach, close to the airport, many supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, services around. Trafic is very good, bus stops to/from Palma downtonw and airport are literally just a few meters from the entrance. Saves you lots of walking when arriving/returning tired. Best bus line to/from the airport is A2, to/from Palma downtown is 35. This allowed us to see and do many things in Mallorca. After checkout you can leave your laguage in the hotel safely, and even take a shower if you like. So all in all it was a nice vacation, and Hotel Amic Gala was a good choice for accommodation.

No complains

Room - spacious and cleaned daily. Location is ideal, close to beach, shops and bars and a short bus ride to Palma city.

Not deal breakers but the following could be addressed:- Breakfast - 'hot' food was disappointing but the remainder was good The choice was extensive but the cooked food was not hot and there was no butter/jam available. Bar area was not in keeping with the rest of the hotel and looked rather like a canteen. It was never manned, we had to request the busy receptionist to pour the drinks but they were not very conversant with the cost or availability.

Grill station at dinner with 4 different meat and 4 different fish to have freshly cooked. Rooms overlooking the garden so quiet you could sleep with the window open

Rooms at the front of the hotel suffered from road noise and too much sun. Coffee and juice at breakfast not the best quality

The reception is open 24/7. Room was clean. The breakfast was outstanding!

Only problem was that the balcony door was broken and wouldn't close completely. so you could hear street noise at night

This is the third time we have stayed in this hotel (the first time through the booking platform) and we are really satisfied. The location of the hotel is great, the room is clean, spacious, the staff is friendly. The breakfast is good, there is a large selection of food and everything is delicious

The refrigerator did not cool well, we reported it to the reception but they did not fix it. The breakfast garden has been closed for the last couple of days even though the weather was nice

Great location, Convenient for Airport, (No noticeable Aircraft Noise) hotel located 1 street back from Can Pastilla Prom, which itself was lovely to wake along. 5min in taxi 17 Euros at Midnight. We had an interconnecting room both with double beds and a bathroom on the 3rd floor, no balcony but only 1 night so not an issue. Spotlessly clean decent sized rooms with comfy beds and quiet Air Conditioning Perfect. The main star of our stay was the breakfast, which was fantastic 5* so much choice and all so fresh. They cooked omelettes to order. There was also a couple of tables outside. Every member of staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful also working hard to ensure the smooth running of the hotel. Highly recommend.
