Overall the hotel was great. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, it was close to the beach etc., I really can't complain. but.... (I know it is not the fault of the hotel so don't blame them, I think they are victims of its location) the whole neighborhood was full of drunk noisy Germans. Young, old, all types of ages, with two common things: - random tattoos like they have woke up with them after all-night party in the club next to the tattoo shop - can of beer always in hand, like it was glued to them or something. We spend here only 1 night because it was close to the airport and we had an early morning flight. But in comparison to the east side (Port de Pollenca) it was like being on a different planet :)

The Hotel was clean, smells clean and refreshing. The Staffs are accommodating specifically Manuel, very helpful and friendly. Tho the building looks old on the outside, it is well maintained on the inside. Very relaxing pool area with lots of lounge seating.

Just a minus point FOR ME that breakfast starts later than the “usual” 7am breakfast (for the early birds who has limited time, like me) of course those who parties all night and wakes up late, this would be perfect for them. 👍🏻

1) 5 mins walk to the beach. 2) Breakfast is delicious 😋 3) 24 hours front desk availability. 4) We had a leaking celing, but it was handled well. We got another room and free breakfast for our trouble.

Even though the celing was leaking it was not handled for 2 days. Just by lucky coincidence we came to the room few minutes before the leak became so bad, that were we not in the room that time we would have came to a "swimming pool" room. Afterwards it was resolved though. It happens.

The person at the reception was sooo hospitable and helped us with everything, even made early morning coffee and helped with taxi. Room was wide, light with good view. Everything was comfortable. There also conditioner. In the area you have swimming pool and much space with sun beds in the garden. There are also have coffee machine at the reception for morning coffee and breakfast.

The room was nice and confortable with a nice view on the pool, the position is very near the beach, the restaurants and many bars. The staff is magnificent, one of the best welcoming we have ever experience and Manuel at the reception was super friendly, very helpful and really gave us the best advices to enjoy our vacation even better.

We were transferred to Nura Boreal. Pretty standard hotel room. Big comfortable beds, big shower cabin, nice balcony, free water bottles.

Reception is close after 23:00 so you need to call a number at the door and wait few minutes to be let in. It would be great to have at least a kettle and few cups.

It was very clean and all the basics you need. Overall a great place to stay for the night.

Nobody was at the reception upon arrival at 18.00. Had to go over to neighbor hotel. if they had made a map of the other property it had been much faster than what Google map suggested. Breakfast was also at the other hotel (although alright for us as it wasn’t that far when knowing the shortcut).

Breakfast was extra so i skipped it Would be nice if a very basic breakfast was included free

Would be nice if water fountain was available to fill water bottles for my daily cycles Like a lot of places, they don't like you taking much water

The room was nice and cleaned every day, and the beds were comfortable. We had breakfast at the other sister's hotel, a min walking distance. There was a nice choice and the staff were really friendly. There are plenty of restaurants around, bus stop and beach. Really good location! I definitely recommend the hotel :)

Manuel was very kind from day one recommending good places to go for food and tourism and provided a map too. The hotel's location is very convenient to get to both the beach and the city centre.

At times it was difficult to have good night sleep since other guests would arrive late and make too much noise. Wish the rooms were soundproofed, but considering other advantages this one is negligible!
