Just amazing! Staff, location, cleanliness- all perfect. The rooms on the 4th floor have their own jacuzzi on the big terraces with the partial view on the sea. The brunch is provided till 1 pm with the great selection of ham, eggs, cheese, fruits and vegetables. The swimming pool area is not big but very clean and with very comfortable sun loungers. There is a bus stop 3 minutes walk from the hotel: line A2 to/from the airport (5€) and line A25 to/from Palma (2€) - both distances 20 minutes ride. Please note that you need to pay cash for the tickets. The beach is just 2 minutes from the hotel and again it’s very clean and well maintained. The staff is always helpful, kind and smiling. It is such a relaxed atmosphere and I would recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel!

•check in was all automated but quite complicated and took a long time •double room had single beds which kept moving apart during the night •balcony had a poor view- not anyones fault but if you are wanting a seaside view this hotel doesn’t have it

Kitchen staff very super friendly. Unlimited food until 1pm - great option! Delicious cappuccino, croissants, bread, fruit. Price wasn’t too bad for the hotel. Little gym but did the job for a little workout. Location is great. We were able to check in 2/3 hours before it says on booking - amazing !! Thank uou!

Unless we were not told, no ramp to enter with a pushchair to the hotel. (There is a lift to get to hotel rooms) Rooms could do with double bed rather than two single ones joined together to look like double. Our room didn’t have any type of drawers, which could be handy as everything was on show because even wardrobe didn’t have door to it.

It was an overall good stay, obviously quite far from the city, with mostly touristic attractions around, but close to the sea and close enough to the airport with regular buses. The room was smallish but had a balcony, and facilities downstairs allowed us to work a couple of days with relative comfort. The room was clean and neat although in some need of renovation - we severely lacked a proper shower curtain (it had one but there was still water on the floor every time).

We booked room with a terrace and a pod Some facilities ( pod ) was a bit tired . Hard to see out of it . No working air conditioning in it. But terrace was so big with wonderful vies and jacuzzi that we loved . No regrets booking this place. The swimming pool a little bit small. But space around it very well used and I new the size of the pool when I booked this place.

The location was fantastic, one street away from the beach and the 4 km long walking promenade. The bus stop to the airport and to Palma is only 200m. away. Great all morning buffet breakfast. The hotel's first floor has a Zen vibe to it. Nice shower. English TV channels.

The room was rather small, but made the most of it. A/C not working as the hotel is still on central heating mode for winter. Had to open the patio door to cool the room off as the temp. was 24,5C when we arrived. Slept with the door open and had to use earplugs to block out the outside nose. Also, there is a daily fee to rent the room's safe.

Great hotel very close to beach and promenade with lots of bars and restaurants. Bus stop with buses into palma & airport are with a 2min walk it was €5 for airport bus and €2 for bus to palma. The staff are so friendly & helpful. We had a room on 2nd floor and the balcony view was terrible although this didn’t bother us as we were hardly in room. The pool area is nice and clean and there is a well stocked bar. There’s are vending machines but not the cheapest it was €2.20 for bottles of water, cans of coke etc there’s a coffee machine aswell although unsure of price as we didn’t use it. There was plenty choice for breakfast (although we found the hot food not so hot) plenty fruit, cereals, toast, pastries, hams cheeses etc. hot drinks and fruit juices also a included with breakfast/brunch There was a locked luggage storage room and a shower room to use if you have a late flight.

Only gripe was the hot food at breakfast wasn’t particularly hot even when it had just been brought out.

Everything was great, the staff was absolutely adorable, outgoing and friendly-as were Margharita, Dina and Willi (the best ones) The breakfast was from 8am to 1pm and there were a lot of fruits, drinks and dishes. The location is super-close to the beach, close to the bus stations and you can arrive in no time at any point you are heading to. The bar is 24/7. They are providing beach towels against small deposit, with possibility to exchange them every day with fresh and clean ones. Once you return the towels - they return the deposit amount. They can recommend you restaurants and if you trust their recommendations - you will not regret it.

Good location and very close to the beach, with numerous restaurants and shops around. Airport is close by car and by bus too. Breakfast options are broad. Staff were always very friendly. Overall, good value for money in this area.

This is a very touristy area, so we found that many restaurants were offering menus tailored to tourists, rather than authentic Spanish dishes. There is no onsite parking, so it could take a bit of time and walking to find a street parking spot in high season.

What we liked most: 1) Our flight was in the early morning and even if Check in starts at 15:00, hotel welcomed us at 9 am and provided the room. 2) I asked if we can join morning breakfast and pay for it, as our breakfast should start next day, but they permitted us to join breakfast without payment. 3) Breakfast was from 8:00 til 13:30 so it great if you can grab some coffee and then have a walk on the seaside and then come and have a breakfast. We’ve booked normal room, everything was okay, but their double bed is two connected single beds. breakfast was good, everything you need, from eggs to beacon, from different breads and jams, sausages and sauces.

As it was winter time, and floor was a bit cold, but you can turn on the heating and it will be okay. for this price, I would say it is very comfortable and good hotel for 2-5 days.
