I stayed 5 days and really enjoyed my stay. Beautiful hotel on a good location with direct access to the boulevard and the beach of Playa de Palma. My room was spacious and very clean with a great view on the pool and the beach. A comfy big bed and modern bathroom with a good shower. I found the staff very helpful and welcoming. The wifi was working very well. A lot of choice for breakfast with fresh fruits, juices and healthy choices. Beautiful view on the beach. I also loved the rooftop floor with the bar with great coctails. It is a beautiful spot to watch the sunsets. If you want to go to Palma, you can take a bus and taxi. In 10 mins you reach Palma by taxi- 23 €. Delicious food in the restaurant Mikel & Pinxto- tried the tapas, gazpacho, fresh fish and a delicious paella with seafood. It was all delicious.

Nothing really. I found the pool area a bit too busy for me and went to the beach. I prefer a bigger pool area. It would be good to have a bottle of water in the room every day

We enjoyed absolutely everything. The room was really spacious, beds extremly confy. The breakfast was more than amazing with a lot of options to choose. Staff friendly. Really enjoyed the pool, affordable prices at pool bar. Bus stop to the city is really close. Beach right in front of the hotel. Great restaurants nearby. The hotel has a rooftop bar that has amazing view & drinkgs. It's a great hotel if you want to chill & recharge your batteries. Our first option if we will return

Elevator is small, only one working when we were there, pool bar service way too long, other than that everything was amazing.

It was our second time in Pure Salt Garonda. The hotel has met our expectations again. We enjoyed the sea view from the top floor, peace and quiet of our clean and spacious room, friendly and efficient staff (our personal thanks to Tony, Sabina, Miquel and Xavi), delicious food and that wonderful relaxed atmosphere of an exquisite hotel. We’ll definitely recommend it to someone who appreciates comfort and class.

When we first stayed in Pure Salt Garonda three years ago, there was à la carte dinner menu in the hotel’s restaurant. It was top notch! This time there was only one main course à la carte, the rest of the dinner was buffet. In our opinion the complete à la carte menu was still better. Even though the choice in the buffet was impressive and the food was delicious, the á la carte was better balanced and more elegant.

Hotel is stunning, location was amazing, bathroom & beds were perfect. Manger was lovely, Michel i think was his name, spa facilities were incredible. Roof top view were unreal,. I would have no hesitation recommending this to family and friends.

Only thing negative thing i would say would be that food in the hotel is quiet expensive, 20 euros for breakfast and most lunches cost us about 45-50 for 2 at the pool side restaurant, but i will say the standard of food was high.

Everything, the location, the staff, the facilities and the room. Angie on reception was wonderful, gave great recommendations and was super helpful when I lost my phone (as were all the reception staff). You can walk straight out on to the beach, the hotel provide towels and there are load of restaurants and a shop next door. The bus to palma is 20 metres away. There is a spa with treatments available too which is a luxurious touch. The food is great, we had the buffet every morning and it was wonderful. Loads of fresh and different options each morning. I had an omelette, watermelon, freshly squeezed orange juice, hot croissants and fresh bread every morning (plus a lot more that I won't mention). We had nachos by the pool a few days which were great, the staff are all so nice and very welcoming. We even got to spend our last day at the beach without any worries. After check out (which is a lovely 12 o clock rather than 11) we stored our luggage and got to shower in a room organised by reception which is a wonderful service. I think the hotel was much more like a 5 star than 4 star. If you want a relaxing, hassle free holiday I would recommend this hotel 100%.

There could be a few more staff on around the pool area and roof area during the day for food and drinks but we visited during the off season and didn't have any problem once we were served. Maybe Netflix or English TV channels but I am really picking here.

Sea front location, just 50` across the road. Excellent breakfast with a mix of cooked and fresh foods available. Staff friendly and more than helpful.

Our initial room allocation was 124, over a large air con unit. Managed to get a move to a much quieter room, 210, with no problems. But an actual dislike but be aware the area around the hotel is primarily aimed at a German clientele, inc 90% of shops/restaurants. Different, but didn't create any problems as everybody seemed to be at least bilingual and had a good grasp of English too.

Pure Salt Garonda was lovely. This was the first leg of our stay in Europe for our honeymoon, and the hotel provided us with champagne and a lovely note. They also assisted with making dinner reservations for a group of 12 one night (we met friends for a birthday celebration) and were super thoughtful in helping us secure a location. The area felt super safe, was close to the beach and multiple restaurants and bars, and had a great pool!

We had an amazing experience at Garonda. The hotel is situated in a calm area, just in front of the beach. The rooms are big and very clean, with the most confortable and huge bed we have ever seen. We stayed there for our honeymoon and we had a very nice surprise in our room from the hotel. The staff is always there to help. The hotel also collaborates with a rent a car company with very good prices and good cars.

I could say they don’t have private parking, but that s not really so bad because the streets are filled with free park spaces. They are usually easy to find. We never spent more than a couple of minutes to find one (doesn’t matter what time of the day it was)

The staff were so friendly and the hotel was so clean and nice. Great breakfast in the morning too. The pool set up was great also with the view of the sea to look out at while you sun bathe. A really lovely vibe in the hotel and only a short taxi into Palma.

You can hear through the ceiling/walls to other rooms and we lost our first night's sleep due to an argument that went on for hours in the room above us (despite calling reception about it at 3am). I think/hope this might have been a once off for the hotel though and they were apologetic for not sorting it when we rang.
