The hotel meet our expectations and even exceeded them. i would recommend to book room with private jacuzzi, as then you will have private sun deck on the top of the hotel which make your experience totally different. Breakfast & dinner had big variety and quality. The waiters are amazing and bring personal touch and comfort

The staff at reception are a little bit strange

Pool, food, bar, location, general cleanliness, fridge in room. Plenty of recliners and parasols at pool. Helpful staff.

Non-availability of snacks such as bar meals. Daily replenishment of coffee sachets and cups in the room is needed. Would have preferred proper cups in the room. Decking by bar is hot because it is dark.

Everything is absolutely great. The location is perfect, modern, spotless, the staff is superb, the facilities are great, secure baggage storage is offered, everything is nearby, pool is great, bar is great, beach and restaurants are near, bus stops are near so it's easily accessible, breakfast and dinner food is delicious and with great offering. Hard to find anything bad about it.

Everything was pretty much perfect. However, I hoped for more Spanish food offerings at breakfast and dinner. Most of the dishes are tailored to majority German customers but still incredibly great.

Amazing location, short walk from a beautiful part of the palma beach. It was very clean. Genuinely nice & helpful staff. Steven the night receptionist, who was exceptionally kind. We came to the hotel very late, he checked us in & was great help, plus he saved us some food from dinner which was super nice unexpected gesture. Buffets were the best bit. Go for half-board when making the booking. Breakfast buffet was amazing but dinners blew me away plenty delicious food and they changed it daily so it never became boring

The bed wasnt the most comfortable

The location is very good, very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and far enough from crowded and noise places. Is very easy to get there with the bus. The food was very nice. We had breakfast and dinner and it was very tasty and there were lots of choices. Diner was never repeated. Every day, something new and tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day, but you still can put a not disturb sign, and they will leave you alone. The room was big enough for 2 people and it had everything you needed. The hotel is also very close to the airport, you can take the bus and it's 10 euro for 2, or taxi. We paid 25 euros to get to the airport from the hotel.

The beds were too hard, and maybe some new, soft pillows would be great. In the night, the dors were very disturbing because they were smashed all the time to get them closed when you went out. And you can very clear hear your neighbors. Maybe a better isolation would be nice.

I liked absolutely everything. The room, the food, the attitude of the staff. The room has air conditioning, a kettle (tea, coffee, cream). Breakfast and dinner buffet, a very large selection, for every taste, beautiful design, everything is fresh. The staff is very helpful, cheerful , always ready to help, I would especially like to mention Jose and Miguel - they are just super, thank you very much for their work. I recommend. We will be back again.

Great variety at breakfast, we ate out for dinner so can't give an opinion on that, great location and variety of choice for places to eat out, stunning location with a beach just 5 minutes walk down the road, for an unplanned extention to our honeymoon it was a breath taking surprise.Hotel staff are very kind and will cater for your all your needs, we used the laundry service, we were very pleased all items returned clean fresh delivered back the next day. The whole experience was beautiful, so much so we are back in 7 weeks with our daughter. Can't wait.

The bar was closed early some nights but it was really nothing that ruined our experience, plenty of places that are open later to grab a drink.

Paper cups in bedroom for tea and coffee. On occasions no tables ready for breakfast. Likely due to busy time and maybe short staffed. No entertainment at all. Reception staff not overly welcoming but did their job.

The price / quality was very good. Good breakfast, better then the dinner, nice swimming pool, very nice staff, special the ones that work at the breakfast and dinner time. Nice localisation, not far from the beach and far enough from the bars. Very calm. Comfortable bed. We always fond a place to park outside, probably because it wasn't high season.

I think it's time to do a makeover to the decoration, and replace some old things. Its weird to have the toilet with glass walls, not a lot of privacy. The acoustic of the rooms cold be improved. I don't understand why at the breakfast the water and coffee are included in the price, and at dinner you have to pay for it. Especially the water. Difficult to understand. Also, difficult to understand why we have to pay the drinks at dinner time, and we can't simply add to the room number, and pay it at check-out. The dinner time is between 7pm and 9pm, I think it finish to early, probably because is more focus at Germans tourists. If it finish at 10pm, I think it will be perfect.

Nice spacious rooms with quality beds, perfect cleanliness, rich breakfast, nice outdoor pool with clean water, excellent accessibility. We were very satisfied.
