Fantastic staff are the highlight of this hotel. Really friendly and helpful. Made possible (with prior arrangement) to get our breakfast, which was really tasty, a couple of minutes earlier as we had a morning flight. Also helped us and ordered a taxi to the airport which was in front of the hotel in two minutes (a one-way trip to the airport was 21 euros for two passengers with bags). I stayed at a lot of hotels around the world, but the staff at this one are really great!

The rooms were a bit dated, but no problem for a short stay as everything worked.

When I looked for flights from Alicante to Barcelona, ​​almost all of them went through Palma. So I decided to stay one night and looked for a place to stay. First of all, I was going to stay for a short time, so I chose a place far from the airport and found a place where the price was not high. My family is 5 people and boreal gave us 3 rooms for our family. The staff was very friendly and there was no inconvenience during our stay at the hotel. I recommend this accommodation. Here's why. 1. The price is not high. 2. The location is very good. It is recommended to rent a bicycle from a nearby bicycle rental shop and enjoy the sunset and sunrise. The bike path is good. 3. It's a bit far from downtown Palma, so it's cleaner and more beautiful. I know this because my family and I have cycled around the city of Palma. 4. Breakfast is very neat. Whether it's warm bacon, pain au chocolat, hot coffee and toast, the hotel prepares clean, delicious food for guests. 5. There are many inexpensive and delicious restaurants nearby./ I rented a bicycle in the evening and returned it in the morning, and the hotel provided a place to safely store the bicycle for the night. When I asked for drinkable hot water, the hotel provided water in a kettle for me, which I enjoyed. My quick check-in was also readily allowed by the hotel. While I was there, I was touched in many ways. The beautiful scenery of Palma Island, such as the safe bike path, the sunset, and the pink-purple sea reflecting the morning sun, enriched my heart.

We booked last second and we‘re happy about it because that‘s how we got to this hotel. Price - quality on point. Room was clean, terasse really nice to stay on and AC in the room, must have with these temperatures. Very nice to leave the key at the hotel if you go for a walk. Location is good. Close to the beach and lots of shopping opportunities. Breakfast was amazing. A lot to choose from and great taste. Staff was really nice and welcoming with a big smile non stop. Very helpfull. From cleaning lady to receptionists to waitresses, etc. Was a much needed holiday and glad we could do it here. ❤️

Very kind and helpful staff and they spoke german very well. Delicious sangría in the bar & generous breakfast (very nice that 'til 12am). The room was clean, housekeeping did a good job every day. Air conditioner worked very well. The pool was nice. The beach and the promenade were near to the hotel. Thanks that we could give you our suitcase for preservation after check-out for a last swim on the beach until our flight. :-)

Staff did not speak well english (Not a big issue, because they did german.) Bar was open just until 10pm.

Good location, clean and supportive staff esay to connect with city center by bus nos. 25, it takes 20 min to reach there

Less veg option is break fast and bad mattress was not so much comfortable too soft, but ok

Absolutely everything was about hotel was great - friendly and welcoming staff, very good facilities, daily cleaning, variety of breakfast food, location close to beach and various restaurants. We enjoyed everything to max.

This is not hotel's or staffs fault, but some very disrespectful guests which were impossible to silent. Hotel looks more of family or calmer environment hotel, and I've seen local signs around to keep quiet at nights, but some people come abroad to show their disgusting side. Some nights were impossible to sleep and well being was affected. There was nobody in reception and as a visitor I didn't want to call police, but I hope that's something that in the future can be thought to fix.

The breakfast was great and very diverse, it was nice that you could also eat on the terrace. We had a big, modern room that was cleaned every day. Location is great, only 5-10 min walk to the beach and bus station nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful every time we needed something.

There were some noisy neighbours on our last night so that we couldn’t sleep well, but that isn’t the hotel’s fault…

Good location. Pool looked good although out of peak season so not in use. Reception,bar and restaurant area was good. Had a pool view room which had sun nearly all day.

Rooms are a little dated and could use a freshen up. But was adequate for my stay.

room was a decent size and clean. room had a fridge, windows in the bathroom and nice balcony. good location. great breakfast with a wide selection and i loved that breakfast was from 8-12 so you can sleep in. 3 blocks from the beach, about a 5 min walk. 10 min drive to the airport. the staff who spoke english were very helpful

Pleasant stay. Staff was very helpful. Hotel has some of its own bicycles for rent, which is extremely comfortable. Ride along the beech is must while vising Palma. Additionally administration was very helpful and cooperative in changing booking dates of my booking. Many thanks!
