This was a perfect solo getaway. Arrival: I was welcomed by Isabella (I think) who was lovely and despite the very early time of arrival, welcomed me to leave my baggage, get comfortable and help myself to a late breakfast. It was such a warm welcome. Facilities: Food options: The long breakfast/brunch is a great addition to what is a welcoming, chilled hotel with great relaxing vibes. The brunch you might have expected to be tired being open for half the day but each time I returned food was fresh, looked great and tasted good. A wide range of healthy options, fruit and salad as well as good tasting hot food options (changing slightly between breakfast and brunch). Pool: Plenty of sun loungers, meant easy access anytime. Aesthetics: I love a nice looking hotel and the aesthetics here were great, with a slight bohemian feel. Room: The room was a good size for what was needed and a small balcony overlooked the pool. Great heating/air conditioning and good shower. Gym: The gym though light, had a range of free weights (up to 10k dbs) with a treadmill and elliptical. However, cycles can be rented and Palma has an amazing pedestrianised (mainly) promenade, allowing you to run, cycle or scoot for miles. Location: Shops and bars nearby. Hotel us set back a few streets, with the beach (nice and breezy) just a few minutes walk away. Nice music vibes in the afternoon. Spar 50m away. The hotel Departure: The end of my stay was equally as positive. Alex was so friendly and helpful (showing me where to shower, welcoming continued access to facilities, charging my phone so I could be ready for my flight). Not even continually collecting and swapping over items from my luggage storage was too much trouble. Im still wearing my complimentary bracelet! Thank you, particularly to Isabella, Alex and the lovely cook that catered my eggs to taste!

I loved the stay and would definitely return in a hurry but it could have been better if: A filtered water machine was available to top up and save on plastic bottles. The lack of a drinks station in the room, or even a kettle I thought would be fine, but missed it - instead having to pay €2.70 for a glass of hot water in the evening (there is a central drinks machine €2 for hot choc). A multi gym machine/heavier weights in the gym, would have been ideal. I liked the DJ, and its just personal taste, but the music selection was a bit noisy for me, whereas the later ambient vibes seemed more fitting for the environment - he was nice so Im sure he’d have catered for more chill out requests.

Everything looks completly new and very well mantained. I loved the chill vibes of the decorations and the relaxing and spacious common areas. Bed was confortable and the balcony with the view over the swimming pool was really making the difference. I strongly suggest you to take the brunch option because the buffet it is stunning, with fresly made sweets and salty options (there is even a chef cooking for you the eggs). Awesome staff, very attentive and helpful. Very good location wiht the beach at 7 minutes walking. The main road with bars/restaurants and supermarkets is right at the corner.

My room was next to the elevator and stairs and unfortunately not well soundproofed which made me impossible to sleep until all the other guests went to bed too. Apart from the noise, the place is just amazing.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, recommend a nice restaurant, send extra towels to the room when I've got cought in a rain, and basically answered all of the questions I've had. Rooms are really pretty, newly renovated, decorated tastefully and, I cannot stress this enough, extremely clean. Their cleaning staff definitely knows what they're doing. Breakfast/brunch thing - such a wonderful idea to have it prolonged until 13:30. I'm not an early eater myself, so I definitely enjoyed that aspect. There was rich variety of sweet & savory, hot & cold dishes. Lots of fruit, veg, some local products as well. Hotel is located 5 min walk from the shore, so very close and at the same time not at the main promenade, which makes the area calmer. (I would also like to add that all of the public beaches I saw in the neighborhood are very clean and with beautiful sand). Ah! One last thing, it smells amazing inside the hotel! They're using some signature room scent I guess, and it's wonderful.

I think the only thing that was missing was some sort of a table/small lamp of sorts, since the only source of light was celling lamp in my single room. It wasn't a big bother tho.

The hotel was far more than I've expected and beyond. Clean, nice smell áll day long, comfortalbe, cosy room, fancy shower gorgeous terrace. The garden was overall the top, I loved it a lot. The hotel is 5 minutes walkman from the beach, and 3 minutes from 2 bus lines. Though it is close to the airport, no sign of being close to it, no noises of planes could be heard. Friendly, helpful, patient sta Super wide range of food, full of positive surprises. The photos seem to be photoshoped, but they are NOT , the hotel is rally that nice and beautiful. The hotel desk receptionist/attendant, Vicente, was extremely helpful and very friendly. He met every need we had! He provided a kettle with cup for coffee and tea. Very much appreciated. He was especially helpful when the hotel WiFi was not working. He spent over an hour helping me access the hotel wifi on my phone!! It was very frustrating. And, then we learned that the wifi was not working systemwide!! Vicente helped make our stay a pleasant and positive one. He provided excellent service!! The breakfast was excellent!! We loved all the choices and the fact that the breakfast was available all morning. And, the food was delicious!

The difficulty accessing the hotel Wifi was annoying and frustrating. It was difficult to get information we needed.

Good atmosphere in a newly renovated and stylish hotel. Super-friendly and professional staff. Great location in a quiet street only 400m far from the beach. Big variety of healthy food for breakfast till 13:30. Daytime live dj-session on low-volume for your pleasure in the beautiful inner garden with a pool. Thank you for everything. :) Especially for Indiana, Isabel and the super-kind receptionist lady on Friday (06.14), also for the dj for the great chill music).

Breakfast/lunch served until 1.30pm and a good range of food. You can go back for snacks, drinks, lunch bits until 1.30pm. Decor was modern, relaxed and boho. Really nice. Just like the photos. Pool area was lovely and relaxing with chilled music, guests were respectful. Location good, close to the beach promenade, shops and restaurants.

Shower was powerful, but with wrong shower head, which meant it wouldn't stay still. An easy fix. Light came under door, but easily blocked with cover from the bed.

Everything were great, i had an amazing stay there. the atmosphere was great the pool with comfort beds and music and I loved the breakfast there were a lot of options that could satisfy any person. The room was great white and clean. the staff were very helpful and kind.

During the night the noises in the corridor easily passed inside the room, so if they put some plastic noise blockers could be helpful.

Excellent quiet location, 5 minutes from beach. Room 408, top floor, sunny afternoon balcony. Brunch 0800-13.30, really good deal, plenty of choice. Staff very polite, interested in helping and friendly.

Very noisy corridors and doors. Doors close every time so heavily creating a lot of noise. I woke up twice in a single night with guests walking in and out their rooms
