Rooms clean and nice. Variety of food options. Me and my husband stayed for 7 nights all inclusive and there was different types of foods everyday. rich breakfast. Location was great near centre where we walked to every evening.

The hotel is really big and a lot of people stay, and we found that the pool is actually quite small for so many people and such big hotel.

the rooms were very basic for a 4 star hotel no kettle or tea facilities or fresh water bottles each day, the paying for non alcoholic drinks with dinner each evening should be included in half board payment.

The property had everything you would need for a relaxing and entertaining holiday. The staff were always very accommodating. The food was Great, and the all inclusive was ALL INCLUSIVE, stocked with real branded spirits and beer.

The checkin is incredibly slow. We were stood at reception waiting to be checked in for about 2 hours , which really ate into the first day of our holiday, as we were only there for 3 nights, and our flight had already been delayed. It was honestly the slowest and most painful checkin I have ever endured. It wasn’t a one off either as the couple behind us had been to the hotel before, and said it was worse the last time they came. Also two of our group had been previously and said the same thing. They really need to sort this out as there is no reason for check in to take so long.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Nice selection at breakfast buffet. Wi-Fi is good. Gym is small but perfect. Swimming pools are excellent - even though people leave towels there to reserve their space you can still get a place in the afternoon.

Noise from adjoining bar was very loud but music finished promptly at 12.30 each night. prior to 12.30 it literally felt like the hotel was inside the bar!

Non residents saving sunbeds and having breakfast. Unfriendly staff on reception. Queuing for drinks.no tea and coffee in the room.Room too small. Tables not cleared outside. evening entertainment poor most nights. .

the hotel restaurant was extremely busy all the time although the staff did work very hard to keep up with amount of guests.

Very nice Hotel in general. Lovely pools the pools are heated wich is lovely, especially with children.

The pool area said it would open at 09:00 in the morning but when I got there at 09:01 most of the sun beds were taken with towels and no people in sight. The downside is for the amount of people at the hotel they do not have enough sun beds and do not follow the rules on the sun bed that it’s prohibited to reserve them as most of them are filled with only towels and not people all day long. We were on the 8th floor and the hallway smelled very bad. That bad that we would hold in our breath while walking to our room.

Comfortable beds, breakfast had lots of good choice, pool area was lovely, had activities.

The website room descriptions could be improved. I booked a two-bedroomed family room as I travelled with elderly parents who cannot walk up/down steps, however there was no indication on the room description that it was over 2 floors (stairs) and had a kitchenette. On arrival, Daieda, (I think this is her name) was excellent, understood my difficulty and kindly re-allocated us. Signing for bar/food/theatre to be billed to the room also needs looking at. Two items on my bill were not mine, Reception staff had no difficulty fixing this as the signatures were not mine, however maybe the room card could be used in the billing process??

- Very friendly staff - Good location - pleasant amount of other people on streets, lots of shops and eating places around, nice views to the sea. - Not fast, but at least consistent wifi connection - Good looking place overall

- I damaged my foot with very small peace of glass when I stepped onto bathroom floor very first time in my visit. - One time they made the bed for us but there was little sand on the sheets so it seems they didn't change the sheets. - One time they took towel from floor (towel for feet) and folded it for re-use on floor, although it was visibly dirty.
