Just returned from a wonderful week stay with family and two kids. The location is perfect it's right in the centre so a close walk to restaurants, beaches etc. The accommodation had everything we needed and is well maintained, cleaners and maintenance staff are constantly working. We only had breakfast included which was a lovely buffet style with omelettes made to order, our kids loved the variety and there was something for even the fussiest eater. The kids splashpool is brilliant and not too big. Our 3 year old loved the bigger slide and spent hours constantly going up and down. We are already planning our return next year.

There is no interor lock on the bungalows so our 3 year old was able to open the door, this made us nervous especially with the pools close by. A small slip lock fitted at the top would be ideal.

- The hotel was just a 5/10 minute walk from the beach. Very near and close to many shops, restaurants, supermarkets. - The personal (the cleaning personal and restaurant and reception) welcomed us and was very friendly. If we had asked, the cleaning personal would’ve made our beds and cleaned every day. The reception offered us a baggage room as well for the last day. They helped us whenever we needed. - The buffet has a vast variety of dishes every day, especially during dinner time sometimes they would concentrate on a specific cuisine (chinese, mexican, italian, etc) - There are multiple pools and enough place to rest outside and sit in the sun

We are family of 5 - 3, 7 and 9 years old. Its really family friendly. 2. Food had good variety of options. Though the breakfast was almost the same every day, the buffet had lot of options of everything. The lunch and dinner had different options every day. Staff in the restaurant was nice, although one man ( I shirt and seemed to be manager) was littlebit off with some us and showed little respect for us. 3. Kid club is exceptional, staff there are amazing and the children was excited to go there every morning and in the evening they were also able to participate in the kids disco. You can feel the joy from the staff who works there in the entertainment and it brought us all a lot of joy. 4. Apartments had good air-conditioning and it was really clean, new towels every day and the cleaning staff was friendly. 5. Pool area was great for kids and adults. You have to have appointments for the pool and benches and they are sanitizen throughout the day. Staff was helpful. 6. Morning yoga and stretches was nice for kids and grownups (the woman who works there is joyful, nice and just the best). Every night had some shows at the terrace of the restaurant and bar. 7. Bartenders were friendly and amazing to us and the children all of the time, most of them showed patients for the kids. Although one of the (with braids) was rude to the children and seemed to hate his job and rolled his eyes when we got service from him (his drinks was also blend), he was alot different from the others who worked there if you look at his service. 8. Check out went great and staff at the reception helped us with everything we asked them to. For example our flight home was at 18 o clock and check out at 11. But we got to stay at the hotel area for longer time with the bracelets though we had to check out of the room. We got to have lunch and have a swim and even got to have lunch and get another room key to have shower before our flight.

Location is superb - close to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. Check-in was really smooth and quick. Breakfast is very good with lots of choices. Bungalows are specious and clean.

No parking. Description says there is street parking but it is misleading as you have very small chances to find any space until about 4PM. It should be described as "no parking"

Fantastic resort. Bungalows are spacious for a family with beautiful large bedrooms, a big bathroom, kitchen and sitting area. Each come with a spacious private terrace with table and chairs and sun beds if you wish. Staff are amazing, friendly and really helpful. Bungalows are cleaned and fresh towels everyday except Sunday which is a real treat. Breakfast amazing too, huge selection to choose from. Second time here and we will definitely be back. Two swimming pools on the resort, one perfect for kids. Location is perfect too, right in the middle of everything 😀

Nothing, everything was perfect for us.

The swimming pools are wonderful, clean and warm. The kids loved the football court and the apartment is very nice, great beds and plenty of space. Staff was very friendly and we liked the food at the hotel, breakfast specially. Reccomend this hotel for familys and location is great.

The hotel is located in the warmest part of the island. Weather was always nice. Most staff is nice and helpful and all f them carry out their duties well. The whole area was very clean and the staff worked hard to keep it so. The bungalows were big and comfortable. Common areas were well kept and had a lot of nice natural plants.

The hotel is VERY children-centric. I had a feeling that everything in the hotel was arranged to meet the needs of children, sacrificing the comfort and quality of older guests. Understandably so, it had a lot of guests with small children, making the common areas a screaming contest a lot more often than I would have preferred. The food was quite bland, repetitive, made with poor quality ingredients and the range of choice wasn't that big. Food was on the top of my list of criteria for hotel selection and I picked this one based on the photos - there was a lot of seafood in them, including huge shrimp. I haven't seen a single shrimp during my 2-week stay at HD Parque Cristobal.

The rooms are well appointed, modern and very clean. Beds are super comfortable, and I'm pretty sure they are larger singles than what we have in the UK. The animation team were great, huge shout out to Luca, Erica, and Jack. They were so friendly and worked really hard to get everyone involved. Loved the water polo, the water bikes, feench bowls, and the sangria demonstration was fab! The breakfast was really good. Always lots of choice, clean and Staff were super efficient and friendly.

Only a couple of small gripes. 1. Some activities like beer pong should be just over 14's. The kids made it slow. 2. Water polo should be on everyday, it was such good fun. 3. The grounds need a bit of TLC in places.
