Position, the pool, beds were perfect, they were so available for every necessity I have to mention the position again cause it’s at max 30 mins from every point in las americas, from puerto colon, to siam park, las veronicas, los cristianos. The reception lets you use the pool even if you are waiting for the room and they always have a call for a taxi if you need it (and its always so cheap it goes to 5-6 euro from the destinations i mentioned and 27-35 to the airport). Perfect vacation nothing bad can be said. Thank you tenerife!

Nothing it was perfect. For the price. Maybe if it’s possible it is recommended to give a little adjustment to the showers cause they leak some water but that was not a big deal for us

This property is excellent for just about anyone. It is near everything, especially if you're on a short budget, one can buy food in the stores nearby. There are lots of restaurants, from the cheapest to the most expensive, one has to look around and not just take the first one one sees. The staff is well trained and helpful. It is very easy to get to and from the airport.

I truly advice you to get a room with air conditioning, that applies to ALL the hotels in Playa de las Americas because there is plenty of entertainment, hence it tends to be noisy at night in the whole town. But if you have air conditioning, then you can close the windows and block the noise :-)

Price was not worth so much considering the furniture is extremely old. many add-on costs and considering there was no wifi in the room is a joke

Lighting in corridor at night!

Good location. Close amenities and on site activities. Beach, shops, bars and restaurants all within 5-20 minute distance walking. Very clean and spacious room. Not a luxury hotel. However if you don’t mind the decor it’s a pleasant stay. Ps the beds push together for a comfy double.

It looks like it’s only had a couple paint receipts in the outgoings folder for the last 30 years. Everything could do with a update.

The Staff are exceptional, friendly, helpful and efficient. Spotlessly clean. All the facilities you would expect and a few I was pleasantly surprised to find in a 2 star establishment.

The location isn’t the best, up a hill and on the edge of town. The rooms and facilities are a little bit dated and ‘tired’. That said, everything works and is clean and cared for.

Great pool, lots of sun beds. Staff friendly and helpful. Room a good size and had everything we needed. Easy location for everything in the area.

The location was fab, the hotel had all moderate rhings, its just a pain that evwrything minor had to be paid in cash, most people only carry cards, the minimum withdrawal was 20€ from the onsite cash machine.
