As I understood, it was wild random, but I requested room with a sea view and they gave me it. Breakfast was amazing. Cleaning was good, except one time when cleaner put off the card from electricity holder and fridge was stopped working and products again become hot (omg). A little bit outdated room, but it's absolutely not a problem. Nice location.

Broken fridge in the room. After my polite request, nothing happened since 9 hours. All products were hot. After my angry request with shouts - all were fixed in 10 minutes. No beach towels Even not a huge, GIANT 7-10 cm cockroach at the balcony. Without photo, but his life were quickly interrupted. A little trash can in room, not enough. No acess to the pool on the rooftop, only for "premium guests". I booked this hotel mostly because of this pool and was very dissapointed, because it's no info at the booking about restricted access.

This hotel deserves more pradie i feel. The food is AMAZING- bufet but spoilt for choice from straight of the grill to salads, always a range of seafood and various meats- lovely homemade cakes. we had the premium room with super king bed - what a treat! I feel like not many hotels have the rooftop swimming pool which is amazing. location is central - takes 5-10min Walk to the beach passingvaĺ the shops. this is my second time and we had even better time than first time. will be coming back - bitch looks very clean and the staff very chilled and helpful .

The room was big, the bathroom recently renovated and spacious, especially the shower was very big and comfortable. The food at breakfast was good and had a nice variety. We asked for a pool-facing room which we got, so that was nice. The location is also very good - only a 20min walk from all the main streets and a shopping centre, which was very convenient.

The room was tidied up daily but the floor wasn't being cleaned properly - since we stayed for one week, towards the end the floor was very dirty. Every morning around 7.30 the staff started cleaning the pool with a machine which was quite noisy. In the evenings, the show would last until 23.00, and even with the closed door you could hear it. But earplugs helped :)

Friendliness and helpfulness of all staff. Very good room with large bed, good shower and bath, and balcony. Excellent swimming pool. Quiet location of hotel. Clean area from hotel to coast with no problems of bad behaviour. No problems with walking as drivers were exceptionally polite, always stopping for pedestrians to walk across zebra crossings.

No good restaurants close to hotel; but we found some which were a 20 - 30 minute walk away. The hotel room could have had a mirror above the desk and chair for ease of putting on make-up!

Second time in the same hotel. Would go again. Breakfast is wery good. Room is nice and comfy king bed. Free water bottles that were updated if run out in the room. Tea and coffee making option. Refrigerator and a decent view from the balcony. It has three buildings so it depends in what building your room is. Every night there was live music, if you fancy that.

A bit further away from the beach but don't mind walking. During check in was a bit delay due to some uncertainty what type of room we were supposed to have.

Everything was great, we liked the breakfast, there were a lot of choices and it was tasty. The room was clean and big. Even though we had arrived early around 1pm but we'd checked in immediately but the check in time was written 3pm. The location is good and nice, also quiet, you don't here the noise of clubs, cafes and bars. It has a pool, unfortunately we didn't have time to use it but it was quite big. Staff was very helpful and nice. Thanks !!

The internet connection wasn't stable and slow, we were on the 9th floor, it's good close to reception, I can't say about other floors

Room, Bathroom, Balcony, Gym, Swimpools, Staff, Cleanliness was perfect. Breakfast top - variation was huge, every morning was getting a freshly made omelette, pancakes. Lots of cold meats, cereal, salad. All hot & cold drinks and even smoothies, prosecco were for free but not included in the evening time. Needed to pay during dinner for water etc. But freshly grilled meats or made pasta, pizza plus anything else including amazing desserts was class. Stayed 5 nights and really was going home rested! :) Thank you Tenerife & Catalonia Oro Negro!

The location of the hotel is great, really close to the beach and to the 'party' area. We had a nice surprise when we first arrived to the hotel because our room got upgraded for free to a larger one, therefore the staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast has many options - including fruits, vegetables, freshly made pancakes (there is also a whole section of english breakfast) therefore we totally recommend to get a room with breakfast included. We also enjoyed that we could use the pool even in december because the weather was warm. Even if the main restaurant is not open all day long, there is a bar-restaurant near the pool that you can use instead.

The furniture of the room is a bit outdated, it was not an inconvenient for us though. It would be nice to have more plug sockets in the rooms.

Exceptional cleanliness. Rooms spacious and provide eco friendly shampoo and shower gel. Also shower cap, soap, tissues. Friendly and helpful staff in reception, housekeeping, bar, restaurant and pool. location - 10 minute walk to beach and shops.

No kettle in room, but not essential for us as a young couple. I did hear a elderly resident request one which was provided. Entertainment not great but at least it’s offered. Personal taste I suppose. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.
