We have visited this property in March 24 for the 2nd time. This time we booked 2 rooms, one for us two and 2nd for an elderly relative. Both were great, although I would recommend to have at least one room accessible with a walk in shower. For 2 nights this was great, however for a longer stay, she would sadly not be able to have a shower. Having said that, it's up to us to find an appropriate place rather than complain one doesn't have what we would need therefore, we are only suggesting this and we didn't find a lack of walk in shower a problem on this occasion. Everything was perfect, very clean and specious rooms, comfortable beds, super friendly and easily contactable host whom answered all questions. Location is amazing and even though we had a rented mobility scooter, our senior decided to walk everywhere! We will be staying here many more times as we visit Pollenca often.Thank you for a great stay and being so helpful.

Staff just left us alone which I like. I fact, the day before we were due to leave, I have to remind them that we hadn't paid the city tax. The location is perfect

Noises in corridor but I think it was just that the room next to us had someone in who thinks the way to close a door at 1am is to open it wide and then throw it at the hole. Our 3am checkout gave him a taste of his own medicine though.

Bed very comfortable. Friendly staff. Water cooler downstairs. We had a nice balcony to enjoy. Mini fridge in the room. Airconditioning good. Breakfast provided in the square nearby was nice.

Shower temperature was variable but the view out of the window while showering made up for it! Our fridge got turned off during a room clean so we had to throw some food out.

located right in the town centre but also quiet, spacious room with big and comfy bed, nice shower and working AC, overall a good place to stay in pollença

with this price standard, simple breakfast (like a small buffet) is not included and it costs extra €12 per person per day, but I guess it’s because of the high season and overall pollença is a posh town

Lovely small hotel, friendly staff and fabulous breakfast on the Square at the sister hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel also had a lift and small outdoor area on the ground floor. Very well located near the main Square.

No fan or a/c during very hot weather but at least we could open the windows!

in a back street off of main square so very quiet. breakfast was very good. cleaning staff were exceptional .

the only improvements I would suggest are:- catering:- chaos. the mains come before the starter regularly. at breakfast you can sit for 10 mins with bacon and eggs but no drinks or cutlery. another day it was a croissant but no beverages. someone really needs to get to grips with sorting this out because if this little irritation wasn’t there the experience would be very good as once the food turns up it is excellent. The entrance area needs a bit of a reshuffle, it looks like a student community room. none of this would put me off returning.

Lovely location, very friendly staff, smooth check in and check out. Perfectly appointed room, all the facilities one could need.

Pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable, maybe they could offer down pillows? There was a bad sewage smell in the stairwell that hopefully could be looked into.

The hotel was just off the main square in Pollensa. It was very quiet and exceptionally clean. There were tea/coffee making facilities down stairs and a nice relaxing area. The room was large with a good sized terrace. The breakfast was beautifully presented and a great choice although it was in the main hotel which was about 50m away. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Comfortable, clean perfectly situated and competitively price. Added to which the staff were all very approachable, professional and friendly

The noise from passing trade early during the morning. That said, I would very happily return to stay again as the plusses outweighed any negatives.

Simple accommodation and spotlessly clean. self service tea and coffee facilities on ground floor. lovely bathroom with shower and bath. Towels changed regularly. Amazing breakfasts taken at sister hotel Juma.just a short, sunny stroll away. Delightful, friendly staff. Always top of our list to stay when we need a room in Pollensa old town.
