Perfect little hotel - felt like home after a few days. This is our third visit and we’re already planning our next stay. The location is perfect - right next to the beach. Stunning view from the private roof terrace, especially during sunrise and sunset. Rooms are lovely and beautifully clean - loved the rainforest shower too. Definitely recommend a balcony room! Our favourite part was the staff - so friendly, chatty and helpful. Hotel has a lovely feel and it’s so nice to return and see the same staff members again. We miss it already!

We had a lovely bright room with a window and patio door at the front of the hotel looking out at the sea. Staff are very friendly. It is a casual, comfortable hotel. Food was lovely. Good Location in Puerto Pollensa.

The Hotel is beside a roundabout so there is a lot of traffic outside especially if you are staying at the front of the hotel. It could be quite noisy. It didn't bother us at all but might not be suitable for someone who was looking for a very quiet getaway.

The hotel is very central, right near the main square. Although the building is old, the rooms have been recently renovated and look well for it. My room had a big balcony and a great view of the sea. The staff (particularly Asun on reception) were lovely….so cheerful and helpful! There was a good choice of food at the breakfast buffet. The hotel had a lively atmosphere with groups of European hikers and cyclists coming and going throughout the day. Ireally enjoyed my stay here!

The staff that I met were all very friendly and welcoming, helpful and professional. I would give a shout out to the cleaning ladies, all great, and the reception staff, in particular the petite blonde lady whose name I have forgotten (SORRY) very helpful and warm personality. ALL THE STAFF helped to create a very nice environment to stay in. The breakfasts were very good and offered a wide variety of choice. EOLO is a well placed hotel in the centre of Puerto Pollensa and is close to shops, bars and restaurants, and of course the marina and beach. There are many places of interest to visit not very far from town which makes it a great location for getting out and about.

The room was small and had no views as it was inward facing, which I was aware of beforehand to be fair. The walls were paper thin so you can hear other guests and they can hear you. The room was very warm, but thankfully the air conditioning worked well.

The staff was great and very helpful with all my queries. There's a storage room for bicycles which was really nice and unexpected. I rented a bicycle on two separate occasions and left some of the rented gear at the reception. The following day the rental company picked up the bike and the gear that came with it. This was very convenient and welcomed as well. The breakfast was everything you could ask for to get your day going. The hotel's restaurant serve's italian food which is always great comfort food. Overall do recommend!

The Air-Conditionning remote stopped working for a while and it was a bit hard to reset (probably me playing with it too much - not knowing what to do exactly). The receptionist came promptly when i raised and fixed the issue quickly.

The walls are thin and at night we could hear our neighbours talking Be aware that the hotel is located on the main street so you will hear noise from the restaurants around it

Constantly manned reception, Location couldn't be any more central. The room I stayed in just before the start of the season was great value, a spacious double with dual aspect views of the port and a fit out more akin to boutique hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful

The breakfast could have been replenished with fresh juice and fresh bread more regularly especially for the late riser! Uk channels were sporadic in operation.

Great hotel on the front, central to the square and the Pine Walk. Super freshly cooked breakfast with everything that you want. Pizzeria is teh ebst in the port and the Eolo Tirimasu is to die for, absoltely delicious 😋 Don't forget to check the roof terrace for stunning views of the bay either. Great location very close to the beach and bus station and nice nit very expensive restaurants. The stuff was very friendly, they give us a lot of useful information to organise our visits. The breakfast is huge and delicious and there is a lot of variety.

The size of the room was very small and they didn't clean the floor everyday.

Super hotel, fantastic location straight out into the action. Beds are amazing, comfortable quiet and incredible pillows!!! A/C and showers were spot on Breakfast was plenty This hotel would suit people looking for a great value clean no frills hotel, lots of healthy people who are there to exercise in this beautiful resort.
