The room was large. spacious, modern mediterranean style with lot's storage and a sitting room off the side, a large balcony/terraza with views of the gardens and down to the beach and cove with the mountains beyond. The hotel has a large pool, many terraces, a gym, spa and is decorated in marble throughout. Remarkably modern, the basic design is 50 years old with original features facelifted sympathetically. Entertainment takes place on the terraza for an hour or so after dinner for 4 or 5 nights a week and is fun.

The balconies/terrazas outside the rooms are separated but by a latticework so that there is some nominal privacy but not much! It would be more pleasant to have breakfast without having your neighbour watching you - concrete partitions should be considered.

We absolutely loved our stay at Grupotel Molins. The area is very quiet, with a mix of travellers (families + couples of all ages). The resort told us they were at full capacity, but it did not feel that way at all. We were always able to get a sun bed + umbrella, no issues with people reserving these in advance. The breakfast buffet + pool bar for lunch were outstanding. Very fresh and abundant. We loved all the choices and ate there everyday. The drinks and alcoholic beverages were also great. Drinks were pricey, but they used good quality alcohol and they were quite large. The service was also wonderful, all hotel workers were very accommodating + helpful. Our check-in experience with Nuno was particularly great. He went above and beyond and made dinner reservations for us at a nearby restaurant in the city & walked us all the way over there. Resort is very modern and new and very well maintained. Always clean.

Our only disappointment was the dinner buffet. We did not opt for the all-inclusive option, we had considered it but after having one dinner at the hotel we are very thankful we did not. Because we enjoyed the breakfasts + lunches so much, we couldn’t wait to try the dinner buffet. We paid 40 euros per person + water (3 euros) and wine (20 euros)…. There was very little food selection, what was there was not to our taste at all. This was the most expensive meal we had in all of Mallorca & without a doubt the worst. We left hungry. I would recommend taking advantage of the more local restaurants, you will eat and drink more for half the price.

First of all, the location is perfect. Very quiet area with a beautiful beach but is still close to many other smaller cities or villages that you could visit with only a 10-15 minute ride. The room is spacious as well as the bathroom with a nice balcony. Breakfast was perfect as well. A lot of choices follow up with a great service. Big thanks to all the employees. Each one of them was very helpful, professional, and kind. The hotel is excellent if you are coming as a couple, with small kids, with family, or as an elderly person. They take care of each guest and they make sure that you have everything you need. We will definitely be coming again! Thank you!

The location is stunning and is the main reason to stay at the hotel. The staff were wonderful, super helpful, warm and personable.

It’s not exactly 5 star. There is a lack of attention to detail in terms of service offered and the finishings. The food was ok, a bit too basic and mass produced, could be improved. The nightly entertainment was awful. It’s on the terrace so you have no way of getting away from it, it’s super loud in all the rooms and in all the public areas so you can’t enjoy an evening in the hotel if you don’t want to listen to it. The hotel need to review this as we went out every night because of it. If you have small children forget about getting them to sleep before midnight.

Hotel is set in a beautiful area, very close to the sea and beach. The food at the restaurant is quite decent (there is a different menu for dinner every evening apart from the buffet, which is a great idea). It's a perfect location for lazy holiday although without a car it may be difficult to explore the nearest area). The staff is extremly helpful and strive to be as much accommodating as possible. I forgot one of my items while leaving the hotel and the reception desk helped me immensely which I also appreciate. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who want to have a pictursque window view and relaxing time.

High quality finishes and decor. Friendly staff. Beauty views from the pool over looking the ocean. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. Very quiet location. Not at all to be considered a party hotel. Which is what we liked.

Chairs by the pool could be upgraded, something newer, more lavish and comfortable would be on par with the rest of the decor. Children were not supposed to be permitted in the SPA, however it was constantly inundated with small kids, babies etc. it wasn’t the quiet place to escape and relax as advertised.

Starting with location, the Cala San Vicenç is a stunning place. Quiet, relaxing, with a wonderful view of the cala (cove), a small but nice beach and a tiny commercial area. Then it's the Grupo Molins Hotel... in my humble opinion, one of the two best hotels in the area, and perhaps 'the best'!! It's been renovated and has a modern look, from outside and inside, all the facilities are in great condition, super clean, and the best part is the staff. A team of friendly, hard-working, fun people, always ready to make your stay even better and with an answer for every need. We spent a week, relaxing, enjoying the view, going to the pool, and then with a short walk across the street, swimming in warm, crystalline Mediterranean Sea, or sometimes paddling with a kayak or a paddle board parallel to the sharp rock walls that frame beautiful sunsets. I don't want to spoil it, definitely a very high recommendation for the hotel and the 'cala', and it won't be long until we visit again.

We stayed only one week...

Location was fantastic, overlooking the beach. Love the little town, very small but not crowded and some good little restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good, lots of options and could sit outside if available. We enjoyed using the sauna and steam room. The staff were helpful and friendly with any questions. Parking was nearby in a large outside lot, and the best thing was it was free.

The pool was heavily chlorinated, which was hard on the eyes when swimming. Came out with dry red eyes. Also the smell was too much with the chlorine.

An amazing hotel! My family and I had a wonderful holiday here. The staff are what makes the place so exceptional. They are so professional and friendly and super helpful! The pool is lovely with great views of the beach. We came at the very start of June and you could always get a lounge chair by the pool. The food at the bar by the pool was also very good. You definitely need a car here as there is almost no local restaurants for shops.

The gym is extremely outdated for a five star hotel!! More what I would expect at a 3 star place.

We were extremely happy with this hotel - in every possible aspect. Staff was extremely helpful, facilities are well-kept and great, rooms are really clean and breakfast and dinner offered wide variety of food to enjoy. Even at a premium price, I think this hotel is still a great deal and would qualify it as excellent value for money. They even parked our car at the nearby community parking for us.

The beach is smaller than anticipated and as there are a few big hotels around it gets really crowded (to the point where no umbrellas are available). The water was also not as clean as it is on the other parts of the island (and you don't have many alternatives within walking distance).
