Hotel Marina

The buffet breakfast and dinner were very good, and I especially liked eating outside on the terrace looking over the sea. The room also had a nice little balcony. Location very good, near tram stop, and very near beach and pool.

There wasn't enough storage for clothes and things in the room, and the hanging space for clothes was awkward. I would have liked a kettle and cups in the room.

Location was perfect and breakfast excellent

Extra charge was added to the bill which had not been previously specified. I am taking the matter to Booking.com and my C/C company. On my bill of approx €1240 I had to pay more than another €120 for "Majorcan unspecified taxes"? I feel that this is sharp practice.

Bed!!! Not very comfortable at all. Thin mattress… Update this and this place is a 10…

great location, rooms clean and comfortable, check in staff were all very helpful with anything we needed! nice to have option of pool but we mainly made use of the fabulous location being right on the beach! breakfast was good for our needs but is slightly basic.

Only slight negative is that the service is slow when trying to order drinks/food - had seen this in prior reviews so was expecting it but it was the only small annoyance! didn’t take away from our holiday though as we mostly ate outside of the hotel.

The location was superb and the hotel very pleasant. The breakfast was incredible. One of the best spreads I have ever seen. The staff were without exception polite, friendly and efficient. We had a room at the back overlooking the pool area but it was very quiet and nice. On the day we checked out they let us carry on using the pool until mid afternoon, when we had to travel back to Palma. I would definitely go back!

The hurricane that hit on our first day! But that is hardly the hotel's fault! There is nothing that we didn't like. The rooms were not huge but they were more than adequate for two people.

Location, next to the beach and the harbor. Many restaurants around. The tram station to Soller is very close. Great breakfast, we could eat outside every morning. Back pool. Calm area.

My room was not very isolated, I could hear the discussions of my neighbors or when they took a shower or the talks and the luggage noises in the corridor. Big issue with the taxis. Even if I booked a taxi at the reception two days before my departure, the taxi didn't come. I didn't receive any confirmation of my ride but the reception assured me that it's ok. I was waiting half hour for taxi and I asked several times about my reservation, there was no taxi allocated to my ride. I had to find an alternative way to go to Palma, like bus 204 or tram+train.

Cleanliness in general & friendly staff. Breakfast choices excellent, staff around at breakfast were great, always clearing and ensuring ample food available. Room cleaning excellent. After checkout we stayed for the day using the pool & spa (for changing), staff were very helpful with this

Would like to see a bottle of water in room on arrival. A notice by the pool to shower before entering the pool, lost count of the greasy/ sweaty bodies going straight in to clean. Slow service in the evening on the terrace for drinks.

Amazing location directly at the sea, we also had a room with a view to the sea which was awesome! friendly staff which is very helpful and breakfast was amazing you could choose from so many different things including freshly squeezed orange juice :) port de soller is touristic but not that much as in other places and you have several nice restaurants close by with a view to the port.

rooms and building itself seems to be a bit old and used there could be some renovation made, especially for the bathrooms. we weren’t bothered by it that much because we weren’t in the hotel all day but you should not expect a high standard.

Location was excellent, breakfast was great, lots of variety and you had multiple areas to choose to sit while was nice, along with fresh squeezed orange juice and great coffee! Rooms were a little small but very clean, super comfy and had everything we needed. Staff were amazing, so pleasant and helpful, the hotel was spotless and towels, umbrellas and even a fishing net for our kids was free to use at the beach which was a lovely touch!

Would have been great if they offered family rooms, but perhaps we just booked when they'd already sold out. It's hard to fault this hotel we had an amazing stay and will definitely return!

Great location and nice size.d hotel. We had a suite which was lovely and bright and extremely spacious. Such a pretty resort with fantastic views. Especially of the billionaire’s yachts! Lots of outside seating too. Also worth noting the little train primarily goes to Soller. and you need the change there to continue on to Palma.

Shame it’s orientation means sea views meant little or no sun on the lovely balcony (in late September). But was probably a blessing at the height of summer. Also it would be useful to make it clear, the pumps at the little pool bar don’t work. But drinks are easily obtained from the hotel cafe area and taken back. Guy stationed there didn’t appear to do anything although he was designated a lifeguard.
