Walking the Camino and was delighted to reach this hotel. there is a lovely covered area with seating at the front of the hotel and it was lovely to be able to relax with a beer after the days walking. Reception staff were very helpful and check in was easy. The room was a good size as were the twin beds. there was a lovely shower with good water pressure.

The location is slightly outside the town but only a 10 minute walk. The restaurant had two fixed sittings for dinner with a limited menu. As a result we dined elsewhere.

sadly the pilgrims meal let this place down big time, we were Second to go into the restaurant but didn’t get served until last and then they told us we couldn’t have what we wanted as there was none left and gave us an alternative that was icy cold and had been obviously sitting in the fridge, it was then heated up in the microwave but inedible. the hotel staff tried to rectify this by giving us part of the cost of the meal back but the young girl serving at the restaurant came out later into the bar and was swearing and giving us bad signs even though we had been friendly and patient throughout, never again!

Very comfy clean room directly on Camino. Staff were very accommodating to our early arrival.

Dinner was not good value for the price. Skip dinner & eat in town. It's just as cheap & much better quality. Or eat a sandwich in the bar.

Clean comfortable bed and nice warm shower

Dinner at hotel was ok but not great. It’s located at town entrance which is great when your walking the Camino De Santiago but somewhat far from markets if you want fresh fruit and water if you plan to wake up early to start the Camino before sunrise and all stores are closed at that time

So perfect for the Camino. This is completely geared up to accommodate pilgrims, and addresses their every need. So nice to have a bath after a long walk!! Staff were all great, friendly and helpful. The food was also perfect for walkers, and a great price.

There was nothing to dislike!

The hotel is perfect for the Camino and traveling in Navarra. I wish the app would let mérate the staff to 100. I walked 40 km to my next destination of the Camino to realize I had forgotten my passport. After goi g crazy for an hour I called the hotel and they told they had found it and they had thought of putting it inside my luggage that was being transported from stage to stage no opened an outside pocket and found my passport with cash and credit cards. They saved my trip. Thank you, thank you

Very nice hotel and restaurant.

The signage outside the hostel identifying the hostel was poor. The Jakue name was easy to miss from the Camino. Several of us walked past it. The breakfast price was much higher, than all the others on the Camino, but offered nothing more.

outstanding hotel with good size rooms and clean rooms and bathrooms. good restaurant with good menu and service, very friendly staff and free shuttle to Camino in the morning

location is out of city center by 2,5km and knowing about and offering the free shuttle for pick up on arrival may be good idea

reception staff are really helpful. they faced 30 + camino travellers arriving all at once asking endless questions in different languages and handled it all really well. rooms were great. nice atmosphere. very clean. 2 min walk to town beautiful churches

Hotel Jakue is right on the Camino just as you enter Puenta la Reina. Check in process was easy. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were really comfortable. They also offered a really good three course dinner in the restaurant with wine for 14 euros. Excellent value.

The bathroom door made noise as it scraped across the floor, and there was a bit of mildew where the glass shower guard met the tub. It wasn’t in a place that could be easily cleaned so likely would need to be eventually replaced. It was not overly bothersome which is why I still gave a good rating.
