Quiet room. Breakfast was good and worth paying for. Secure parking available which we didn't know before so parked in the road as the car park was full outside the hotel. When we discovered underground parking we paid for this to secure our vehicle overnight, it's worth paying for if you have valuables in the car and bikes on the back like us. Good bed, bathroom clean but a little tired.

The room allocated had the smell of cigarette smoke. A new room was quickly allocated by a helpful receptionist which was much better. The room was quite dark, the bulbs in the room were not all working as very low voltage so in the evening it was hard to see to unpack.

Didn't want to be in the city centre so location just of the Motorway was perfect for me. Room was a good size, nice shower & good Spanish food in the cafe.

Definitely partly my fault, should have been more careful But so many hotels in France are pet friendly This one isn't! But they don't state anywhere that pets aren't allowed🤷🏻‍♂️ Please state clearly on your website PETS NOT ALLOWED...I wasn't the 1st to make this mistake AND I lost €100 as I had to book my friend into another hotel & Andia wouldn't refund my money 😥

The location slightly on the outskirts of the city was great for us as we were just on an over night stop on our journey from London to Valencia. We weren’t visiting the city centre but it didn’t seem far. It was easy to find from the motorway snd there was a free unlocked car park outside and I believe some paid for secure parking underground. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed and very clean. We arrived late 10pm and were delighted that we were able to still get a hot meal at the cafe/bar (as opposed to the restaurant). The food was simple but good and very reasonably priced. We didn’t have the breakfast as it seemed a little pricey at 11 euros per person but again opted for the cafe where there was great coffee, pastries and a variety of pinchos on offer. We had a great breakfast here and paid under 10 euros for three people.

It wasn’t a problem for us as the hotel was a great price, but I would say some of the fixtures and furniture were a little dated. From the window on our side of the hotel although you could see the mountains and some of the city in the distance the immediate view down below was a factory roof. There was no noise from it though.

A nice hotel , situated on the outskirts of Pamplona . We have stayed here before and will do so again , very professional staff , clean and well presented rooms , a lovley restaurant and a very good breakfast set up . we had underground parking for our motorbikes and in the morning the reception desk helped me to track down a motorbike shop in Pamplona that sold parts we needed , even ringing through to confirm they were in stock .

Good transit hotel. Got the impression it was a stop off for the airport. Location approximately 5km from old town of Pamplona. There is a bus which you can catch that leaves close to the hotel and drops you east of the bull ring. You can walk to old town from hotel (not very interesting), about 40 minutes to edge of old town. It's in suburbs of Pamplona. 10 minutes to old town in a car. 20 minutes tops on a bike and 40/50 minute walk. Staff were very helpful. Very comfy beds. Good breakfast which set us up for the day. Good value for money.

WiFi bit in and out but that was about it.

Perfect location for overnight stop en route from UK to our home in Spain and close to the motorway. Super big room with excellent facilities including good shower and comfy bed. Excellent and plentiful food served in the cafeteria and staff there and in reception very good. A perfect stay for our purpose.

Shame the restaurant was closed.

A great hotel , outside of the city of Pamplona , it was easy to find and check in was easy and straightforward with very helpfull staff . The room was exactly as described and very clean and tidy . We did'nt use the restaurant but ate in a small but popular bar just across the road . Breakfast was the usual buffet and was very nice with a good selection of items . Access to the secure underground car park was easy and straightforward . We left the following morning for the mountains after a very comfortable stay .

Clean and modern accomodation at great value. Cafeteria contained a variety of dinner meals at good prices. Breakfast was good and basic. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ample parking on site.

Not much. Cafeteria opened for dinner at 8.30pm and restaurant at 9pm but when in Spain ......... Hotel was out of town but bus stop was outside hotel or drive to parking just outside city.

Spacious room with comfy bed and great bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet. Bus to Pamplona stops in front of the hotel. The breakfast and the restaurant are excellent. Orkoien is a nice cozy town.

Some noise from the neighbors reached the room at night.

The staff were all polite and helpful. The hotel was easy to find ,only 2 km off the A-15. There was a bar/ cafetiere and a very good restaurant. The room was spacious, lovely bed linen,clean and a well equipped bathroom with complimentary toiletries. The bonus of a small fridge too.
