Pools are great, hotel is extremely close to the ocean and promenade. Plenty of shops and markets nearby. Multiple breakfast choices. Apartments are huge and very well maintained. Gym with some equipment, but you can definetely manage your training. Tennis court is great. Hotel would be a 10/10 if it weren't for...

-COCKROACHES attack! During the day you do not see them, occasionally some small ones during the breakfast, however during the night, they are going out from their little spots, a lot of them, and I mean A LOT OF THEM. Sometimes they are so big that you hear boss music playing in the background once you face one in the corridor. DO NOT TAKE ROOM ON THE FLOOR LEVEL! They jump on people's sunbeds and stuff left there... -Terrible coffee (is it even a coffee?!)

Excellent food, staff and accommodation. Well presented hotel which was clean and well attended. Nice location close the town and also to beach.

Our all inclusive package didn’t allow us to drink free of charge in the “ Adults Only Bar” namely “Captain Nemo” surely “All inclusive” should be as the name suggests so in fact we were in the same category as “Half Board” but with the additional cost. Also the description of the hotel notes that the outdoor restaurant is + 14 years. This is not the case as there were many young children present which is not a problem but a point to note. The Wi-Fi was poor in our room but ok in the common areas like reception and restaurants. insufficient sun beds at the adults only pool.

Food in the restaurant is excellent for all-inclusive - fresh and plentiful, lots of fruit and salads plus cooking stations at all meals. The hotel’s common areas are spotlessly clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Pools are nice - we especially liked the pool beside the outdoor terrace for the restaurant. Rooms were fine, not luxurious but clean and comfortable. Location is good, very short 3 min to a sandy beach. Easy access to the cultural sights from this side of the island.

The snack bar (Maris Teatro) really lets the hotel down. It’s a little grim with food stored in grimy looking glass cases with sliding doors and small birds and pigeons flying around. Coffee machine here frequently had no milk. The evening entertainment we saw wasn’t great. Around the Maris pool could do with a touch of white paint. The teen club didn’t look great. People getting up at 7am to put towels on sunbeds and then disappearing for half the day. Really wish hotels would clamp down on this practice. Sometimes hard to find a sunbed even though the pool wasn’t very busy.

We have just returned home from a week’s stay here and it was amazing. We stayed all inclusive in a junior suite select in adult only area which also included a meal in the Don Paco Spanish Restaurant and a day on the Balinese Beds (with fruit, wine and chocolates). Also had a once stocked mini bar fridge, bathrobe and slippers and a lovely coffee machine. The facilities were fabulous - especially in the adult chill out area. But what makes this place extra special are the staff - they just can’t do enough to help you. From the reception, cleaners, cooks, waiters, entertainment and bar staff! We especially loved Camera (in Teatro and Chill Out Bar who we Interacted with the most! Also Eric was super helpful in advising re activities and the lovely girls on reception too! Always cheerful and kind! The whole place is spotlessly clean and is in a great location with just a short walk to beach via the back gate - also closed to Marco’s bar where we went to watch the football and had a meal (just for a change)! We will definitely be back as just loved this hotel as well as the location. Well done and thank you to all the staff for a perfect week. Have absolutely no complaints just endless praise for a well run and super friendly hotel!

The whole experience staying here was amazing from start to finish. The whole complex was spotlessly clean. The junior suites we booked were right next door to each other and were amazing. English channels and suites cleaned daily. Lovely balcony with view of pool. The food was superb, first evening meal included fresh sushi and service was always greeted with a smile and so attentive. The pool areas were clean and plenty of sunbeds. The snack bar and bar services were great, not much queuing and staff were always pleasant. The entertainment team were so hard working and the shows catered for all nationalities. The bar under the reception area was superb, very classy and great drink options. Holidayed as a family of four, our daughters being 15 and 18 and they loved it as well. We are looking to book again in July as we loved it so much. Definately a high 4 star complex. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Wide range of selection of food, some freshly grilled in front of you. Perfect location to base here and explore easily the whole island from here. Parking.

Beware of rooms in the block 4 (rooms 4xxx) if you are early sleeper). Just in the middle of U shaped block 4 is "amphiteathre" = disco, where every night 21:30-23:00 is party. we have to move as we had originally room just above the disco and the windows were single glass. New room in block 6 is far enough and had double glass windows, so noise level was acceptable. Not mentioned here at booking.com, neither directly visible at official resort web pages. Little hidden info for such an impact that could be caused for some customers. If not all inclusive customer (e.g. half board), even water (brought bottled) was paid for dinner. Soft bed (everyone's preference).

The entire experience was excellent. The stay was a birthday treat for my wife and her reaction it was well worth me paying a little more than usually do for accommodation. The attention to detail, quality and service from staff was superb.

Could not find fault with any aspect of our stay. Only regret was staying for one night was we couldn't possibly get to visit and try all the bars and restaurants on site or make full use of all that was available.

Complex was amazing. Staff lovely, very easy going system for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lots of pool options, clean rooms. I was very impressed by the way you cater for both adults only and family, loads of pool options and two main dining areas one children free.

Loved it all, a little further away from the beach than other locations but probably reflected in the value I got. And taxis are so cheap and easy to get.

Hotel was fabulous love the no reserving beds although there was still silly people sitting around the adult pool at 7 am trying to reserve beds. Overall best hotel on the isle great location. The animation team were amazing really great asset to the hotel. Best variety of food always provided. We will for sure be back again next year.

3rd time staying here, I love the hotel and the location. 30 min walk to the main strip of PDC but that suits me. It's immaculate and the staff should be commended for this. Nice, chilled out vibe. I stayed a week in Sept, then another week in October. We were upgraded to a suite in Sept as it was my fiancé's 50th birthday. Lovely touch.

I've found the restaurant lacking in vegetarian main courses from when I first visited in 2017. I got a little tired of salad and pizza. The breakfast is lovely though.
