Excellent location. Only 10 min taxi ride from airport. 5 min walk to the beach and very close to a big Spar shop. Bus stops right outside the hotel. The whole place is spotless. Cleaning team there everyday, mopping floor, changing towels. Excellent service. Very clean surroundings and maintenance very good. Staff very friendly and genuinely happy to be working there. We were very lucky and got upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment so plenty of room! I opted for half board, very good value for 3 of us. Would have cost more to eat out. Very good quality and plenty to choose from. Plenty for kids to eat. There is also a Launderette in hotel, 1 washing machine and tumble dryer. 4 Euros each which is excellent. We didn't go to the bar for entertainment.

I think it would be good if there was a little bottle of washing up liquid in cupboard just to encourage people to wash cups etc properly before being put away. Perhaps there could be a box in reception for left over stuff from other holiday makers like suntan lotion, washing up liquid etc so you don't need to buy more from shop?

very clean,quiet and 3 pools which we had loads of space. food was very good and staff were excellent

quiet if you do not want that type of holiday and bar could be a bit more like a bar not a hall

Everything about the stay was excellent food was brilliant rooms were great staff were very helpfull and room were cleaned every day

Wifi in the rooms was actually terrible it was non existent and with kids who had to go to reception every night to use wifi was the only thing I didnt like about our stay

Location fantastic, nice pools, very clean rooms. Very close to beach, Spar shop next door and bars/restuarant alonf esplanade a couple of minutes walk away. Waiting staff and bar staff were excellent. Food outstanding!

The receptionist gave us wrong/poor directions to our room late at night which caused us a lot of stress when we arrived. When we finally got shown to our apartment (in a totally different location to the map he scribbled on, the electric key did not work. So after going back to reception for a third time, they gave us another key. The door was incredibly hard to open, the tv did not work, there was a leak from the roof constantly dripping onto the bathroom floor. Apart from that, everything else was excellent.

The room was very spacious and really cute. The location is probably the best you could get in the area. 2 minutes from the sea and many restaurants, there is also a small shop just in front of it to buy all basic necessities. We loved it!

The swimming pool could have been cleaner. Breakfast was nice but it would have been nice to have more varieties of food.

The apartments were lovely and spacious and cleaned every day, we stayed in the smaller section which was much better as we have small children

The only thing I missed was having a dustpan and brush, what a first world problem 😆

Did not have breakfast as we were self catering

Everything was fine but should have some sort of vending machine by the pool for guests who stay self catering
