Overall, we (two 25 year olds/couple) had an amazing all inclusive weeks stay here at the start of June. Everything from the room, the staff, the beds to the location was great. As the title of this review says, in my view, do not listen to the bad reviews - if people want 5* food, service etc…. They should really stay at a 5* hotel! After finally booking this back in April, I was a little nervous about the bad reviews but I tried to believe the good ones. Because of the bad reviews we tried to go in with really low expectations and honestly my expectations were blown away! Staff - when we arrived we were met by Jesus behind reception; we were greeted with welcoming smiles and kindness. We had to sign in and give a copy of our passports. We were then told the times to come for breakfast, lunch and dinner (different set times are given to different guests). The receptionist then gave us our all inclusive bands and key to apartment. We did have to go back as the wifi wasn’t letting us log on but this was sorted straight away. The staff at food times were also great, special shout-out to the waiter Daniel (glasses and hair up) he was so so so smiley all the time and always asking how you were etc! So lovely. Apartment/Room - A lot of people said the apartments were dated and maybe they were but this had no effect on us what so ever. Like other people said, you don’t go on holiday to stare at the wallpaper and decoration (well I don’t anyway haha). The beds and pillows for me were fine (I am soooo picky and struggle to sleep and it was all good for me)! There was loads of storage in bedroom and a nice big mirror. There was also a couch that turned into a sofa bed which we pulled out, it was nice to come into and just fall into! There were some English channels on the tv which was also a plus! There was also a fridge, cutlery, pans, plates and hobs.

The room we had was great. Spacious. Quiet area, hotel setting lovely with mountain views. Large terrace. The latter is the reason we shall return again and possibly again. Very relaxing and pleasant. Reception staff were friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. Dining room staff also professional. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Internet very fast and TV options very good.

More chicken and turkey and less pork and beef might have been more welcome at dinner. I did purchase a cotton throw as sofa bed was a bit tired looking. Covers may have sufficed. Lighting was very bright ? excessive in lounge and bedroom. I did remove some. Kitchen area might have been better lit. Loungers on the terrace may have been useful, as pool not used.

Lovely staff working very hard. Cleaners and bar staff deserve a mention for friendliness. Good selection of food for breakfast and lunch. Room was clean. Pool was lovely. Complex was clean and tidy. Nice balcony area. TV with English channels if you wanted it. Fridge in the room. It is a few minutes walk to the bus stop where we caught a bus to Matagorda 2.80 euros for the 2 of us. Bus trip coaches also meet you in that area. All in all great value for the money paid for all inclusive.

The room was rather tired and in need of some TLC. The windows were hard to open due to so many layers of paint. The doors needed replacing. Wifi not available in the room - we were across the road from the main complex. However, we were on holiday so didn't spend much time in the room so overall these things didn't affect us too much.

This was the 1st time we had stayed in the blue sea, we normally stay over the road at our normal hotel but that was shut for a referb, but this has now given us more choices now next time we come, the Breakfast was very good and plenty of variety, and was included within the price. Excellent value for money when you are on a tight budget.

No kettle in the room, had to hire it for the week. When your staying as self catering you would expect there to be a kettle.

Staff ..especially Bob at pool bar,we're excellent couldn't do enough for you.food was always good. Breakfast exellent.before I went did read a few negative review stbh.....but don't know why.....I guess some people just like to moan....met some great people...an will stay in touch....overall ...for what we paid...couldn't fault the place...an would recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return .

Only minor thing...think they should have television at pool bar .

Dear Hotel Blue Sea Los Fiscos! We would like to point it out that we were so satisfied with our stay in your hotel. The staff was amazing, polite, friendly and helpful. We were amazed by the huge selection of food&beverages both at the breakfast and at the dinner. The decoration for Halloween and the night concert were so much fun. We recommend the hotel for everyone from the bottom of our hearts. Also, we never had been such a clean hotel like this. We got chocolate syrup if we asked for the Churros, but after the 4th day we didn't get. Please, put some chocholate next to it!

Staff were all very friendly. When dining there was always something to eat and a variety. All in all a great holiday and very good value for money

The Hotel was in a very good location, easy to get to. The parking on the street was free, there was always a parking space. We were in all inclusive and completely satisfied with the food and drinks. The cocktails in the pool bar were delicious. We can only recommend It and if We come back to Lanzarote will definitely stay here again.

lots of space, super clean, breakfast and lunch meals are good , rooms are a great size the staff very sweet.

The dinner is awful I don’t understand why but it is almost impossible to make a meal out of what they supply in the evening! makes no sense as lunch is really nice . the beds are old and ribbed! no kettle no AC but fine in the winter time we had a late flight so used the showers, just note timer switch is very short, in the shower in the dark not great for everyone. a little walk up the hill,

The place it’s self is very clean, staff are very friendly Good choice of food for breakfast both hot and cold
