We stayed in a junior suite, the room is pretty spacious and have got a really nice terrace. We had a living room with coffees machine and plenty of stuff to drink a tea or alcohol. Shower is amazing. Swimming pool is pretty good too. The best part was the breakfast, very diverse options of salty and sweet options. Overall a great stay.

Our room had this two single beds that was supposed to be attached but they weren't really. I just hated that and I think it is not the best option for couples.

Rooms were clean, kids loved the mini disco, shop was very convenient games area and playground, price is very reasonable

If your not all inclusive, you have to stay across The road and our room was very close to a main Road so it was hard to sleep if kids were on sofabed, the balcony was not great covered in leaves and cats so couldnt sit out there in peace, Pool over in the annex is really deep so kids couldnt go to the pool next to us, which was a pity as main pool very busy and kids pool could have been cleaner

the property was extremely well maintained and the cleaning staff are excellent at what they do. I will however recommend a second floor apartment as we had two friends stay in 2 ground floor apartments and they had a couple of issues with bugs crawling. As we where located on a second floor we didn’t have this issue at all. Keep in mind that there is no lifts so if stairs are a problem for limited people or elderly, there are a total of 14 steps. Breakfast is not really worth it as the food is very particular, I like my full Irish Breakfast but the meat choices aren’t great. however there is a delicious breakfast served all day in most local restaurants and only cost €4 each. They also do pancakes and pastries at the Hotel but you are not aloud to take leftovers outside the breakfast area. the bar food is perfect for snacks but the quality of the food is not worth the price they charge. We also emailed a couple of times about the “heated pool”, and we where informed that the pool is heated between (22”-25” degrees), however this is not the case. it is actually between (5” and 10” degrees) as I measured each day during my 9 nights stay. the 23m square rooms are perfect for a couple. we upgraded to a 32m square room and honestly didn’t need it. the 23m square would have saved us €100+ from the upgrade. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from old town and 15-20 minutes walk to the beach front strip (new town). perfect for kids as the hotel offer daytime and nighttime entertainment for kids of all ages. Total overall score of: 7 / 10 -3 due to the food, pool, and comfort.

Everywhere was clean, floors regularly washed in rooms etc. Good Air Conditioning. Nice pools. Plenty to keep everyone entertained. Good choice in food, including fresh fruit. Shuttle bus close to beach, hotel is only 15 to 20min walk beach, but uphill most of the way back which can be tough in real hot weather. Bus transfer pick-up points for Rancho Texas and Aquapark very close.

Dinner felt late starting at 7pm with breakfast finishing at 10am. Staff were efficient but not friendly. Shuttle bus times could be better, last one back to hotel is at 17:30. Last one to leave hotel is 3:30

This hotel is really great value for money , the location is quite good it is around 15 min walk to the end of the old town and the restaurants pretty much start from there, the pool across the road was great and was a nicer vibe to relax away from kids more adults as it had no shallow end in the pool, bonus of a supermarket in hotel had everything you needed, if you ever needed a taxi you just ask receptionist and it arrives in 2 mins , breakfast was great so much on offer and great choice. Would 100% stay here again

The cleaning of the rooms could definitely be Improved , sometimes it looked like they put on someone else’s bed sheets when the cleaners came in as there was make up marks and stains on sheets some days and other days they didn’t replace towels or provide new toilet roll , it wasn’t much of an issue as we managed but it could be improved to give the hotel 10

Staff were nice and friendly. The facilities were nice. There was a nice choice of food and for all inclusive guests there was food available all day in the restaurant. There was loads of sunbeds available. The entertainment in the bar was fine and the kids loved the bingo and karaoke. Shoutout to the barman in the bar at night who was always pleasant. Apartments were spacious. Staff at reception were great and always able to help with any query. We booked the waterpark through the hotel and its cheaper than booking directly with the park itself.

There is a small hill when you are walking up from the town but you cant do anything about the topography :). On the positive a taxi up from the main strip in less than €5 so there is no need to walk. Reception will call a taxi and they are there very fast.

Spotlessly clean with very comfy beds , new modern decor with housekeeping every day , gorgeous shower too.The hotel had a very good choice for breakfast the usual fare of hot buffet and cold selection , staff were great , friendly and very courteous . Considering how many kids were there it was also very quiet at night , there appeared to be lots of sunbeds but we went to the beach most days and towels were available for use by the pool .

Not much !! The only downside was the humongous steep hill you had to climb to get there from the old town , great exercise but got a few taxis !! ( handy as there so cheap) but a good work out for the legs ! Ooh , and this is VERY trivial altogether, but the shower gel is the most obnoxious thing I've ever smelt in my life , I'm not sure what it was supposed to smell like but no no no ....🤢

Excellent staff- very pleasant and helpful. Having checked in I discovered I had to climb 2 flights of steps to my room and the following morning I requested a room on a lower level and having spoken with the Reservations Manager, I was facilitated no problem! the rooms are spotless and cleaned every day. good variety of food at all meals. lovely pool areas and lifeguards on duty every day and I liked that they removed towels from reserved beds as this was not permitted-very fair system ensuring only people that actually used the beds could avail of them. Plenty of dry towels too!

some days the pool seemed very cold!

reception man, was so nice got us excellent rooms with pool view, which made the holiday so amazing all of the staff were so lovely and friendly except for one ( tall lady blond short hair in the bar so rude ) food was good New Year’s Eve was an amazing night there, 10/10 for everything on that night we all loved it apartment was clean and comfy with daily cleaning the entertainment was ok some nights really good fun about 10 minutes walk to old town €3-4 taxi about 20 minutes walk to fariones hotel again about €4 taxi

they turn off the heated pool in January so was very cold blond lady in bar very annoying to all, but she’s from fuerteventura and letted us all know she couldn’t wait to get back home so slight change she be there on my return

The pool (at the main hotel area) is lively and fun, there are usually plenty of loungers this time of year (Nov) and the atmosphere is good. I love that you can see the sea from there and having a shop right there is very handy, so you don't have to carry bottles of water up the big hill. The staff at the front desk are always helpful, ordering taxis or whatever you need. The maids are very nice ladies.

We found our room this time to be just a bit too small really. We had to squeeze one at a time past the bottom of the bed to get to the front door. And the drain in the shower kept overflowing out into the bathroom. This happen 2-3mins into every shower and when it did, the water in the toilet started bubbling. We had to wet ourselves down, turn off the water, soap all over, and turn the water back on to rinse off as quick as possible. Also, the aircon was not cold at all really, I'm not sure if it was working properly in fact. We also could hear the person in the next suite snoring and chatting to each other, even quietly so you can really hear a pin drop. Didn't bother me too much, but I did notice it this time, whereas I never really did before.
