Absolutely love this place, can't fault it 1 bit, food, entertainment and staff are faultless!! The rooms are a bit small and dated but my holidays I don't spend in the room so as long it's clean & comfortable (the beds and pillows are amazing) showers are nice and powerful... great for kids, my daughter is 14 and think we need to ve more in town really as the hotel isn't round much, I just wish I could pick up this hotel and place it in the town, I would be there every single year... its just a great all round hotel, going all inclusive the bed, food, and evening entertainment are absolutely spot on!

Can't really say anything bad, if I had to pick something it would be the balconies are tiny and in a family room we all can't sit out together, rooms are a bit dated, but that's nothing major for me.

Rooms were very clean and were cleaned daily, the whole hotel was clean, staff worked hard and were friendly , entertainment was good , pools could get busy, quite a walk to the main centre of Salou and around 10-15 minutes too beach

Food was good lots of choices, breakfast was good but often a bit cold, but no other complaints

The headline about this property is the management, staff and entertainment. The staff can’t do enough to help you to make sure your stay is comfortable, enjoyable and meet all expectations. We had a ground floor room with a terrace which was clean and adequate. There was a choice of two pools which we all enjoyed. kids loved the entertainment which was well organised and varied. Paige was amazing getting everyone involved and giving us all opportunities to meet new people which made our holiday. food was mostly varied and there was a choice for everyone. This hotel is in a lovely part of the town, we rarely needed to walk into the main strip to find a cafe or a shop. however, the beach was beautiful and only a short walk away. portaventura is a 5 minute taxi ride away and we enjoyed two days there. finally, Reus airport is about 15 minutes away and 30 euros in a taxi - simple journey and easy, small airport. Hotel is value for money with helpful staff. Our daughter was unwell on the last day and they allowed her to stay in the room until we left! you don’t get this hospitals Grace everywhere. thank you.

The nicest staff I have ever met on holiday. I've travelled the world but have to say this has been my best holiday. Even my husband who always looks forward to returning home didn't want to go back home

Food was amazing great selection , pool was great, staff where friendly and helpful, about a 15 min walk to the beach but a nice walk plus market round the corner which was a bonus

Entertainment was a bit repetative and the alcoholic drinks in the all inclusive where non existent couldnt taste anything , family rooms where small

Excellent facilities and a great adults only roof top bar with jacuzzis.

Quite a distance from the beach and cap salou area.

Comfy beds, air conditioning, nice variety of food, friendly staff

Location was a bit far to walk for my son.
