We was with my man 1 week. --The location is convenient, literally in 3 minutes the beach. You can throw on a towel and go to the beach directly from the hotel. --Breakfast is monotonous. There was nothing new every day. But there was everything you needed for a snack: scrambled eggs, bacon, buns that could be fried, cheese, yogurt and fruit, cookies, coffee and tea. You can eat a hearty meal. -- When we moved in, we were received by a very friendly receptionist. Positive and friendly, but the others were not very smiling. They seem to be very tired. -- In hotel was very clean.The cleaners were wonderful. They cleaned every day, changed towels. They always gave extra towels. They cleaned up very quickly.

--The staff was very tired and I wanted them to rest more. Especially a man who is constantly at breakfasts, lunches and dinners. He worked non-stop for a whole week. It's not good, it's a pity that it is. Please give this man a vacation. -- It's a pity that there were no glasses in the room. I wanted to drink water or wine, but I didn't have any.

The breakfast was lovely part from a little bit repetitive.Maybe less scrambled egg and more boiled or fried eggs would have made a change and maybe a few yogurt added on but apart from that it was lovely and fresh with plenty options on breads and juices coffee and teas .overall very happy

The only one thing I didn’t like is the showers in the rooms were very confined when Entering as the sliding doors were tight and not been a twig(athlete) of a man it would be nice if larger showers were available.

View from our room (the fourth floor) was beautiful, towards both sea and promenade and beautiful villa across the street. The location of the hotel is excellent and convenient for those who prefer to have calm and peace late in the evening. The location is convenient also for shopping, have different restaurants and services one might need (hairdresser) close to the hotel. Cleaning personal did a good job.

Wi-Fi connection could be much better having in mind that Internet is not only for entertaiment purpose. We had a B&B arrangement. It might be worth thinking to have fresh vegetables for salads for breakfast.

The location is exceptional, in the middle of everything, direct access to the water, and a small.cute pool. The food great, variated, tasty, and well priced

I saw, found, and killed a huge cuckaroach coming from under the bed. The room was clean, and I could not complain, but those critters need deep care because they contaminate environments easily

The rooms were clean and freshly decorated and the hotel location is perfect for beach and restaurants. The pool is an added bonus as well as a well run bar.

The booking.com upgrade offer was misleading and should not be sent out, A room with 3 single beds is not an upgrade for a couple with a double room.

This is a beautiful hotel, in the center and close to the beach with a very nice pool; friendly reception, very nice room, and rich breakfast buffer; Salads missing! The hotel is in the very beautiful beach area, unfortunately the sea was dirty, maybe after heavy rainstorms, it is right in the restaurant and pubs area and 2 minutes from Salou bus station

WiFi did not connect well;

The location was perfect, nice view, breakfast ok, large specious room , nice swimming pool.The hotel was close to the beach, restaurants and very good connection from the airport, 20 minutes by bus, stop close to the hotel.

After the first night, there was a smell from the bathroom, you have to pay for the safe.

We loved the air con and the big room with a balcony. Staff were really helpful and kind. Cleaners were fabulous. Wellness treatments were wonderful and proximity to beach is fantastic.

The twin beds were not that comfortable but it was acceptable.

the area and proximity to the beach. the reception staff was friendly and welcoming. the room was spacious and clean. every day we had clean towels, bed made etc. the food was great and served at the table. I like that because food is not spilled and the menu card offered nice dishes😁breakfast was also plenty. we had a great time😁the swimmingpool is inviting. well done.

The presence of a drying rack for towels and swimsuits on the balcony was really lacking.
