The hotel is lovely-- basic, yes, but very clean, convenient, and comfortable. All staff were kind and easygoing. I really liked the neighbourhood, it has nice cafés and shops nearby, but still a short walk to the sea. Ideal for those who want to keep a distance from the most touristic side of Salou. The coffee in the mornings was very nice too, and I appreciated the staff preparing it and bringing it to the table. If I'm ever in Salou again, I would return to this hotel.

I have no real complaints, but would note that breakfast is quite basic and the toiletries provided are minimal. Wasn't a problem for me, but just worth noting. There are supermarkets within a couple of minutes walking for any toiletries etc needed.

We loved the place!! It had perfect location, close to public transport and nice restaurants at a reasonable price! Also the employees were really nice, they clean the rooms and bring clean towels every day. Also they had wonderful breakfast. Strongly recommend!

Everything was perfect, the room was a bit small some people might say but honestly it was big enough in my opinion, the bed was a king size bed and comfortable. The bathroom was also a bit small but nice. Overall we liked it a lot!

Staff were super helpful. We had an air conditioning unit that didn't work in our room and the late night receptionist was very helpful and moved us to a new room straight away. She also went out of her way to get us extra pillows. Breakfast was plentiful with excellent variety of meats, cheese, cereal, bread, cakes, juice etc.

Everything. I'm a wheelchair and the 1st thing that was so important they messaged me to find the measurements of my wheelchair when I made the booking. The staff went far and beyond to help me. I never stayed in a hotel where they were so helpful. This made my stay brilliant. I'll definitely be back. Breakfast was lovely and the hotel is spotless.

I’ve stayed a hotel Tolosa numerous times now and would not stay anywhere else in Salou. The hotel is located in a nice part of town, away from the British tourists. it’s a quiet area with lots of lovely restaurants & bars, pretty little plazas and fountains. it’s around a 20 minute walk from salou-port aventura train station. the beach is around 500m away, and everything in Salou is a short walk from here. the staff are always super pleasant, you’ll be greeted every morning from the lovely reception staff and before you have sat down for the delicious continental breakfast you’ll be greeted and asked if you’d like a hot drink. the staff are also super patient with me when I practice my Spanish which is always nice! the rooms are comfortable, the air con works well and it is very clean. and all of this at a reasonable price! can’t wait to come back!

The Hotel is nice and the staff is very friendly, specially at the reception and the breakfast staff, they are all very attentive. We arrived at 11am and luckily the rooms were ready, so they let us checkin early. The rooms are big enough with window and the beds are very comfortable.

The breakfast is a bit basic with little variety. The shower is a bit small and there's only showergel in the bathroom, no soap or shampoo. The location is alright but at least 10 minutes walk to the next beach and 20 minutes to the centre.

Breakfast was good always fresh and location was great very handy to beach and just got a taxi to theme park and walked home in the evening when cooler

There was a lot of noise within the hotel from neighbouring rooms, this is probably very guest depended. However noise did start around 7:30 in the morning.

The place was super clean, the staff were really nice morning and night shift. The breakfast was also really good.

We couldn't leave our bags in the hotel before checking in the morning. In any other hotel they have a special room intended for it. Luckily in a bar nearby they let us leave our bags but still, it was something annoying.

If you like evening beach walks / swims or cocktails on beach and want to stay close to it, consider this hotel because it's only a 10 min stroll and it's relaxing. Only 30 min walk to PortAventura, plenty of clothes shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets near by. Staff is so helpful as well- if you need a taxi and your Spanish is not the best, the person at reception will order the taxi for you if you ask and in my case it was very helpful.

Great location; close enough to all tourist points that walking was fine (10mins) while not so central as to be rowdy on a night. Breakfast was both varied and high quality; especially impressed with the meats, cheeses and fresh fruits. Fresh pastries and sweet breakfasts also included, alongside the usual breads/cereal/juices/dairies etc. Staff very friendly and went above expectation to ensure a happy stay
