Hotel was spotless clean Entertainment was brilliant for kids Pedro and Ciara where amazing with the children and had different activities throughout the day, Mini disco in the evening followed by games night bingo quizzes etc. Everything you needed in the room (except iron) didn't really bother us. Comfy beds 5 minute walk to the beach ⛱️ Food was really nice I like the option of having it in seating area or you could have brought it to the pool side . Staff very friendly 😁 You do have to pay a deposit of €80 which you receive when leaving, you do have to pay for the safe it is €10 deposit (which you get back) and €4 cost per night. Would highly recommend this hotel for familys

Great location for the old town and within easy walking distance to the beach and the rest of the strip. Having stayed in many hotels in salou I honestly think the Cye Hotel offers more than most. Great for families with ample space and privacy. The kitchen area has a microwave toaster, two hob cooker, fridge with freezer. Food at the pool was very good and reasonably priced. Always good to see a lifeguard on duty. Required a late checkout and this was sorted at the front desk....

Nothing I didn't like. But if comparing to other hotels I have stayed in ,the food selection was a little bit limited.

Location suited us to the ground. Beach was 2 min walk away from the hotel. Main strip was 20 min walk along the beach, but that was going slow as I had a knee injury so it could probably done in 10/15 mins. There was always sunbeds available so could come and go as we pleased without having to leave towels around.

Just to begin with I was self catering so never got a chance to have any breakfast lunch or dinner in the hotel so can’t comment on the restaurant side of food. But on one evening we got food from the Bar from the snack menu and it didn’t taste great atall, but again it’s obviously quick easy made stuff so that wouldn’t stop me returning

The "animadores" were amazing. We loved all the activities the hotel had. We went to Salou for the beach originally, but we ended up spending more time at the pool area because it was so fun! Also, my daughter loved the Kids Club. The other staff were nice too. We loved the night environment, too, with a show and people there chatting and relaxing. The beach is really close, which is great as well. I love that it was very kid friendly place. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of options and a celiac menu. It was definitely better experience that we expected, we were pleasantly surprised.

I cannot think of anything I didn't like.

Seat reservation with towels at the pool. There weren't enough sunbeds for all guests and towels were not being removed often enough when people were not using them.

The apartment felt modern and was nice and clean. The pool area was great fun for our kids aged 5, 11 and 14. The hotel is located in a quiet street only a few blocks from the beach and areas with shops and restaurants. Finally the staff was friendly and accommodating in general, but specifically the entertainment team stands out as super professional, welcoming and passionate about what they do. We can definetely recommend Aparthotel Cye for a family vacation.

Very clean hotel services changed towels regular

Reception staff never gave us any details of what the apartment offered or how to switch air con on tried ourselves an staff came straight away it turned out it was broken she said she had reported it to engineer who never arrived and we received no feedback

Location was excellent, 5 minute walk from the beach and 20 minute walk to Porta Ventura. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly whenever I was dealing with them. Apartment was very clean and good value.

There was an €80 fully refundable deposit which had to be paid in cash at check in that I was not aware of so had to go to the nearest ATM to take out money, I did get the full deposit back however. The only other downside was that there was no oven in the kitchenette.

Hi l had a room 401 there was a door when you get off the lift to get to the room it was so so noisy it needed some oil or something to stop that horrendous noise every morning and evening when people were coming & going it was terrible,otherwise I lv it. Kind Regards Patricia Fleming

Clean rooms, restaurant and pool areas. Close to beach. Staff helpful and pleasant. Pedro and Paula entertainers very nice and always trying their best to keep everyone entertained throughout the day and night. Pool lifeguards very good. Time limit on vacant beds with towels on them. Towels get removed after 30mins when a ticket gets placed on them by staff and no one is on them.

Surrounding roads not the cleanest . Outside of the hotel not much entertainment nearby. A good 15 mins walk to main strip of restaurants and bars.
