Check in was quick and good. Friendly staff. Good apartment. We had one on the groud floor with terrace, that was great. Good kitchen utensils like waterkettle and enough glasses and plates. Apartment was clean and fully equipped. Bed was hard, we liked it. Lots of wardrobes space. Good WiFi. Nice pool with sunbeds. You need a car to visit other places.

There was nothing we did not like! We did not use breakfast, so we can't say if it was good. Maybe reception could tell better when cleaning and towel change will take place (information in our apartment was for hotel and not for apartment, so we expected towel change every dag but it was once in 3 days). In kitchen some stuff to do your dishes would have been nice. You can make simple welcome-packages with mini-dishsoap and dishcloth, some matches etc.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had everything we were expecting for our stay. Good location if you're going to the Pinatar Arena as it's about halfway between there and the beach front.

Buffet (restaurant) was expensive with a lack of variety, although food was good. Food service times in the bar could be longer/more suitable. Information about what bars/restaurants around are open and what their menu looks like as many of them are lacking a website - making it difficult for tourists to identify other places to go.

Staff were really welcoming, we stayed in the one bedroom apartment which had everything you could need in it and more.. The pool was lovely with plenty of sunbeds. Loved the view across the salt lakes.. Had a lovely day in the spa as a treat & reasonably priced. The beach was a short 10 min walk away. Loved that the whole area was flat so no hills to climb in the heat!!

Nothing at all. If i had to pick 1 it would be that the bar closed at 11pm sharp

nice hotel close to playa de la Mota and other interesting places in the area. has fairly large swimming pool. friendly and helpful staff. good breakfast internet connection is fairly good

could be noisy at times (at night, until 2-3AM) breakfast is the same every day - fine for a week, during longer stays it gets boring (so we started skipping it) entertainment (and perhaps nearby area overall) is more suitable for pensioners or families with young kids.. others might find other places (Torrevieja, etc) more interesting

Brilliant location for those who enjoy nature and watching birds. We booked a sea view room with a high floor overlooking the Salinas. The hotel has a good selection of food including plenty for vegetarian tastes. Staff were friendly and helpful. There weren't any tea/coffee making facilities in the room but we just asked the gentleman at Reception and he gave us a kettle. Our bathroom was perhaps a little dated but very clean, as was everywhere else in our room and throughout the hotel. We hired bikes from the hotel reception that were really good value at just 16 Euros for the two bikes for the entire day. The area is pretty flat and easy to cycle around.

The staff were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The room was spotless and the space excellent. Could not find fault. You could walk easily to most of the local attractions and the beach. The cost of eating on the promanade was as reasonable as you will find anywhere but the quality was excellant. The facilities were of a standard that you would expect of a 4* hotel, but the ambience was very relaxed. We will be back.

The poolside beds could be supplied with simple mattresses to make them more comfortable.

This was my second visit to the Lodomar. It's a lovely hotel where you feel immediately at home. The staff are fantastic (ALL staff) and the location is great. Hotel food and drinks are really reasonable.

The wifi did keep cutting out. That didn't happen last time I stayed. It would come back on relatively quickly, however, it meant work was a little intermittent at times.

The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and great value for money. It had all the home from home bits and pieces that we needed. The staff were all lovely and helpful. Quiet location just a short stroll from the restaurants, bars and beaches.

Minor gripes - the cooked breakfast items could have been kept a little hotter and would have preferred bigger tea cups (in apartment and breakfast restaurant)

The accommodation was excellent. The cleaning and reception staff were very professional and helpful. Service at the bar area was also excellent and the location was second to none.

We looked for a late checkout for our departure date and were informed that this could only be granted to us on the day of our departure. This is a useless policy as we had to be ready for our departure at the earlier departure time because we might not have been granted this late checkout ????

Clean accommodation, very friendly & helpful staff, beautiful hotel. We booked in literally hours before check-in & paid great price for apartment. Extended stay to 1 more night & had to move to hotel room, which didn't disappoint as room on top floor with breathtaking views over salt-lakes. Ended up staying another 2 nights so moved back to apartment which was just as clean & spacious. Breakfast was fantastic with huge choice of food all very tasty. Highly recommend this place
