Great location, good choice at breakfast

Reception lady , upon arrival, allocated a room on the internal corners that was not private or secure from next door, I returned to reception, asked for another room, then she gave me the exact same corner room 2 floors down that I specifically said I did not want. 2nd time I returned to the reception, I asked for the Manager who dealt with the problem immediately and upgraded us. I had stayed her several times before, so suggest all users request they do not have internal corner rooms if you don't want to look directly at your neighbour on your balcony.

Lovely room with comfortable bed and good pillows. Very clean. Nice view to the sea but obstructed by the desalination plant across the road from some lower floor rooms.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast OK but hot items not kept warm enough. Dinner buffet again not very hot and limited choice, not great value for 29€ a head unless you drink a lot of the included wine. Not much within easy walking distance, not the hotels fault but just fyi. Can be a bit smelly in the outdoor areas which I believe is caused by the desalination plant.

Choice and selection food was good . We liked that you could order fresh fish cooked to our liking for dinner and lunch. Wine with lunch and dinner was great. The spa was to good have and a different experience for us . Hotel was clean in all areas and staff friendly and helpful.

The Restaurant was more like a canteen rather than a restaurant so no atmosphere . Swimming pool in amin hotel shut quite early. We would have liked some entertainment , there was some at the end of the week but not when we were there.

Convenient location for us - very big, comfortable beds and very clean and well maintained.

We have stayed here many times but this time it was obvious that the hotel is more like a business hotel with clients staying for one or two nights or attending the Spa. A visiting football team seemed to have the breakfast chef / staff on call in the room next to the dining room , and we missed freshly fried eggs and some personal attention

The location near the salt flats and the sea was excellent. The spa pools were lovely and the hotel, in general was quiet and clean and I felt safe there. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety. I rented a bike from the hotel on 2 occasions and it was reasonably priced and enjoyed cycling around the area,

Unfortunately, the outdoor pool closed on sept 13 for the winter and it was still very hot and a lot of the residents would have used it for that week, I'm sure. I like reading outside by the pool and going in and out of the water.

Spa is amazing. Very comfortable beds. Very good food choice at breakfast. Good size room and bathroom. Great to have balcony. Good size swimming pool by reception and sun area. Nice addition of entertainment zone with table games. Cocktail area nicely done.

Spa area needs urgent update especially ceilings and windows. Time restrictions for spa (closed 14-16) and opening quiet late at 11am. Some of the staff members on the reception are not very customer oriented.

The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the salt water swimming pool and water jets. The evening buffet was varied and good quality. Because the price of dinner included wine, it was very good value.

The lights in the restaurant were a bit bright making it feel a little like a school canteen!

The hotel is connected to a huge salt water indoor pool complex with massage facilities The massage I received was exceptional The staff very friendly

The breakfast was included however the restaurant is huge with no thought given to soften the noise or allow privacy No atmosphere Food average at best The second day we bought breakfast out We would not eat lunch or dinner there

We’ve stayed here before on a couple of occasions and always enjoyed it. it’s clean, modern and the value for money is incredible. the spa facilities are fantastic and included in the cost. There’s a huge selection of choice at breakfast. You get all this for considerable less than what you’d pay at a Travelodge these days but my tip is to take a travel kettle for you morning cuppa.

Apart from a very rude member of staff in the restaurant, everything was perfect.

The breakfast room was nice and spacious , lots of differents choices for breakfast and very well presented Each staff member we encountered were professional , polite and friendly, especially the young man at the pool bar

The room fridge was warm, the water in the fridge was warm. We bought water and drinks to store in the fridge for the evening, they were undrinkable because of the temperature in the fridge
