Its location was perfect for us close to all the restaurants and only a 10min walk to a beautiful beach. The service is great you are not waiting long to receive help with queries. It is very close to bars and restaurants but still quiet at night.

Only one small thing. We put the maid service card on the door but when we got back it was still there and the towels weren’t changed. BUT I message the lovely lady and they were at our door in less than 5 mins with a change of towels and toiletries. We might have put the card on the door a bit late and returned too early but I was very please with the service we received.

It was 1-night stay during the long journey. The apartment was not a new one, but pretty good. There was everything I need. It wasn’t misunderstanding between me and staff. The aparthotel had ideal location. Near the Main Street and near the beach. A little bit noisy at night because of the restaurants, but if you have apartments with garden view - it is very quietly. The pool is not big, but clean and little yard is cozy. There is a parking.

Location and suitability. It has a small pool as well. Staff were good but language barrier an issue initially. Staff Russian, I’m English speaker. We communicated via phone app translation

Language barrier initially. Lack of sun beds around pool and disappointed bar/ cafe wasn’t opening. Location of property near to restaurants out weighed that situation.

the apartment was spacious and fully equipped - the location is ideal for the strip nearby and only a short distance from the shopping centre - the coba roig inn across the road was ideal for a bite to eat clean and very well run - bar staff were excellent

Lovely little cafe downstairs super coffee and staff nice for early breakfast and nightcap. Lovely staff solved any issues quickly. Nice little pool for a dip. Super kitchen to make own food with a washing machine! The flat was huge.. and had Netflix... near to all bars and restaurants which close at 11pm...so not too noisy.

Clean apt no issues. The electricity was off for one night with no reason or apology. I think this is an area of concern to be addressed as a matter of urgency.

Communication when there are problems to explain and offer apologies as necessary.

The apartments are always clean and the staff very pleasant and helpful.

Its a shame that you cannot get English speaking programs on the televisions.

Location is perfect. Beginning of The Strip with bars and restaurants is across the road. Beach promenade is at the end of the street. Walking distance to shopping centre/boulevard. Apartment 1-4 was spacious and clean. Double bed comfy and good pillows. Pool area is small. But clean with long deep pool and very sunny with new beds.

Washing machine didn’t work. TV only has 6 Spanish channels and no remote.
