Really nice hotel, located very short distance to the beach. Nice envrionment, cozy atmosphere, pet friendly. Very nice staff, especially I would like to mention Toni - breakfast master, Adriana - dinner host, and Manoli - cleaning lady. They made our stay really good. The restaurant is good, serves food a la carte: there are optons for half-board and full board. It was the first time we visited this hotel and we ordered full board. Ordering full board you have to consider to things: - you will definetely gain weight (as I did:) - a lot of good food. - lunch is the same for the entire week, so there is not so much variation, but you get some choice for the main dish, so it will work (but a bit boring). So I guess, half board (breakfast and dinner) would be a nice choice. Food, served by the restaurant is really good, 3 courses + desert. Nice variation (for the dinner). Nice eating area. Pet friendly. Nice, historic main building. Nice public, mainly adult, intelligent people (with few exceptions).

It is just sad that there were many guests (some really savage) from huge "peaceful" country in the east, some even discussing latest missile strikes during the breakfast:(

S'Agaro Hotel Spa & Wellness is a good hotel with the potential to be a great hotel! Fantastic location overlooking the Mediterranean sea, the hotel is set in beautiful gardens with lots of trees to cool down in the shade. It's relaxing and peaceful. We visited as a couple celebrating our Silver wedding anniversary. The reception staff were very welcoming on arrival. We had dinner on one occasion, and the food was superb. We had breakfast every morning and found a great variety to choose from. We didn't use the spa facilities, so I can't comment on that. Every night, various lights come on outside, creating a lovely ambience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel:-)

This hotel is pet friendly, so if you don't like the sound of barking dogs, don't come here! There could be more attention to detail regarding the cleanliness of the rooms. My husband had to bring this to the attention of staff on 2 occasions as nothing was done when the first complaint was made. Apart from the staff at reception, no one speaks English, which can become frustrating, but overall we found the staff very good.

I have visited 5 times and will keep returning, annually. The location is excellent, the beach is right there; the staff both at the reception and in the dining areas, not forgetting the room staff are always friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast is abundant albeit unchanged daily; the terrace bar and tacos menu is very welcome. Lunch is pricey but delicious. Even when full, the hotel seems calm with lovely spacious areas everywhere. The very large and attractive lawn surrounding the swimming pool makes it possible to seek a quiet "corner" and always an available lounger, albeit without the shade of an umbrella. As for the rooms, I have always had a room and balcony at the back of the hotel where it's quiet and has a view of a small park where dogs play! I have never missed a view of the pool and the sea! There are changes from time to time. However, I can say that in 2002, rooom 132 with twin beds was perfectly acceptable ; in 2023, the twin-bed room 201 had a jacuzzi bath in an unusually large bathroom with 2 "real" windows to open which delighted us; in 2024, twin-bed room 207 surprised us with key-pad operated shower and toilet; and again in 2024, a single room 143 with double bed, rather tightly located against the wall where was the only bedside light, was absolutely comfortable for one person. Clearly, I have been a fan. And will continue to be :-) I love this hotel and the nearby beach services which is a 3-hour trip from my home in Toulouse, France.

Grab bars in the bath/showers woud be appreciated. My only other suggestion might be to offer semi-pension with lunch rather than dinner for those of us older persons who prefer a primary mid-day meal.

Ohhh the place is unbelieavable! Old-fashioned hotel with an imperial charm, exquisite architecture, great amenities, friendly and helpful staff. I used the spa two times and had 3 excellent massages, it was heaven on Earth, for a fraction of what I would pay in France. I was visiting in June, otuside of the main season but it was warm enough to swim in the outdoor pool. And a clean and beautiful beach is a stone throw away. Truly an amazing experience!

You had to go early to breakfast to get the best stuff like smoked fish and expensive cheeses. I made it once before 8 am, after that time, they were gone and not replenished. Once I came to breakfast 15 minutes before closing time and there was even no bread left. I guess that means the hotel is popular and has a lot of guests but it would be nice if the items were replenished for late risers.

Beautiful setting! Right by Platja de sant pol and the coastal walk is just so pretty. The garden and pool is picturesque too. Old style inside the hotel but very clean and nicely kept

The hotel bars and the restaurant were underwhelming. Food was ok but staff and atmosphere a little flat. The bar could’ve done with table service a more attentive cheery bar staff (receptionists were lovely and helpful, this is just the bar) and more drink options, menus on the tables, better wine.

We received a quiet room, far bigger than expected. A big thank you to the very friendly and welcoming people from the reception. The breakfast buffet was very rich and had something for every taste. It was constantly refilled. We really enjoyed the sound of the sea, the waves we saw and heard from our balcony.

We were astonished, that the insulation in a 4* hotel is poor, because we could hear our neighbours talk, the flash of their toilet and their shower. During our stay the hotel had lots of guests and the breakfast room was so full, that finding a table was difficult. Finally a table atthe passage way to the kitchen was free, with all the hectic of the personnell refilling the buffet and refurbishingthe cups and plates.

Location is Superb, by the beach, next to the Camí de Ronda and with sea views and pine trees. The room was fabulous, we had a free upgrade as it was not so busy I guess, ( 6th December) and the room had a terraze with views to the swimming pool and the sea. It was very clean, with coffee machine and a couple of complimentary coffee capsules and teas, the bathroom was spotless and well maintained; the room in general fabulous!!! Free WIFI very fast connection. Breakfast was excellent!!! Plenty of choice to eat, from cereals, to fruit, cooked salty stuff, pastries, yoghurt etc... I highly recommend the hotel.

Not so easy for people with walking difficulties, elevators are far apart and the spaces are large which makes it a long distance to walk. The dinner served which is included in the half board was at Sa Conca Restaurant; will never eat there again!!! Staff were friendly but we were denied the option of one person eating 2 first dishes and the other person eating 2 second dishes so we paid for a dish we never ate (one person ate 2 firsts but my son only one dish). It should be our choice if 2 of the people want to swop their dishes and eat them as they wish. Food was limited on the plates, small portions as in modern cuisine; Choices made no sense; also there was no cake of the day left and they did not offer another choice but the rest of what there was. A bit of a disappointment.

It was great value for money, considering the quality and location of the hotel, with great staff.

The gym wasn't exactly ground breaking but fine if your expectations aren't high. The air con in the room was abit hit and miss, unsure if it would be nice and cool In the height of summer/higher heat.

Really good hotel - very attractive outside & in. Beautiful clean spacious bedroom & bathroom Ground floor room with walk in shower perfect for anyone with physical disability Really pretty outside lights - very welcoming after an evening out

Found it unclear how to access the hotel so it took us a while to realise that you have to drive through a security gate Not the friendliest of staff we encountered on our 7 day tour but pleasant enough
