Breakfast was generous and various, location was also fine. The hotel was nicely renovated and very clean, they have used some air freshener and it smelled very nice. The staff was mostly polite and helpful.

There were not enough shade around the pool. There were some parasol but the pools were only on the sun and it was a pity. More plants/trees would have made a nice difference. The water buying at the hotel was extremely expensive: 3,80 Eur for 600 ml. I found it ridiculous and annoying. Especially when in the supermarket they sell 1,5 l for 0,75 Eur. It felt like misusing the guests. The gym was open from 8 am but you could only start using the pool for swimming at 9:00. Couldn’t understand the logic, swimming is also a kind of sport, especially refreshing in the mornings.

The pool area is lovely and there were two to choose from. The hotel is very relaxed and the staff were nice. Breakfast was pretty good with a good choice. Coffee wasn’t the best as it as automatically sweetened. The room was big and the beds were comfortable. Nice balcony.

Slightly odd whereby the bathroom was made up of a separate toilet, separate shower cubicle and sink in the room. However although I had not seen this layout before, it kind of worked. I can’t think of much I didn’t like, it’s a lovely hotel

Hotel is very clean and tidy. New and modern. The pools outside are ideally clean, the atmosphere is relaxing. The bed is super comfortable. New towels, cleaned room every day. The morning buffet is very good, possible to eat for everyone's taste. Almond milk, a variety of nuts and seeds, english breakfast, fresh bread, plenty of fruits, coffee and even sparkling wine...

It is hard to find the thing i did not like. You are amazing! Good luck!

Fabulous location. Friendly staff. Minimalist design and very clean.

Breakfast was quite chaotic and always hard to get a table if you went around 10ish. Bathrooms - there is no bathroom as such, it’s all open plan. Shower door design gave limited privacy and toilet door is a sliding mirror. Maybe okay for a couple but for a family with a teenager it proved problematic.

Daily cleaning was very nice. We requested a baby cot, which was ready on arrival. Breakfast was very nice. Airport pick up was organized, but more expensive than just taking a taxi (60 euro versus 40 euro). Parking of rental car was no problem at the private parking lot.

The food (lunch and snacks) was relatively expensive at the hotel (same as much better restaurants nearby).

There was three of us staying in a family room and we found it to be really spacious and clean. Lovely to have two balconies! The pool areas were lovely and we enjoyed the morning yoga classes. Breakfast also had a good spread. Great location too close to the port and beach clubs.

The best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. Unbelievably good! The staff are really helpful and recommended some great restaurants. The were really friendly and took time to make your stay special.

The chef in the morning is a bit moody. Great chef but needs to smile/ engage more. Never know what’s going on in someone’s private life but he should try guests with politeness.

Food could have been a little more inventive, different or interesting. For example: a section that was always spanish/local, a section that changed cuisine with each day, and a section of generally liked food. Especially true of dinners. Better care needed to be taken to keep flies off food left out for dinner hours Bed topsheet was uncomfortable to sleep on/under for me - necessary as we can't sleep with air con on otherwise we wake up with a stinking cold.

The property is beautiful. Clean, well-run, friendly staff (especially the Scottish female bar tender!), great breakfast, delicious lunches and snacks, free pilates classes, smells so fresh and the pool areas are great and plenty of sun loungers and parasols and the rooms are really well equipped with large comfortable beds and nice toiletries.

The location! Es Canar is not a great location - there’s a Nags Head and a Prince Albert pub. such a shame as the beach is lovely but there just aren’t enough nice places to go for dinner and we didn’t fancy the buffet dinner at the hotel!

Everything was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful, hotel smelt amazing and was spotlessly clean. Rooms were spacious and well equipped with anything you could possibly need.

The see through shower door was a little bit off putting which went directly into the living space in the room, which wasn't great when sharing with friends rather than family.
