Great value for money, we loved the location and the beach for us probably the best on the island. It’s sheltered from wind, not too crowded and with nice little chiringuito to get food, drinks and fresh fruits. There’s also a very convenient supermarket and a simple but delicious restaurant. The adult pool, the relaxing massage and all the kids activities are a massive plus. The staff were a ok extremely friendly too.

Mosquitos everywhere were like little vampires, would’ve been good to have a diffuser in the room, the hotel is in a remote location so need a car which we had so wasn’t a problem. Pillows too soft.

Beautiful resort nice and clean well looked after, lovely staff. Great food enjoyed the different themes every night, good entertainment unfortunately rooftop bar not open thought it would be with it being August, not overally busy so was able to get sun loungers easily.

Beds very uncomfortable and creaky, quite a lot of bugs in the trees, mosquitoes (not the resorts fault just nature ) definitely need bug spray with being in the hills would definitely hire a car, so many nice coves to visit near by only 40mins away from San Antonio by car

The property is spotlessly clean, so aesthetically pleasing, calm and cool. All staff are honestly so friendly accommodating and well- meaning… good vibes all around. I honestly can’t thank all the staff enough. Food is excellent, such a variety and good quality. Anything you need help with- the staff are always there and willing. If I could give 10 stars I would, I will be returning- maybe even this year again :) love this place, if you want to relax this is the place for you, but also it’s easy to get to places by taxi or car if you want a cheeky night out! This is definitely a place to get your ZEN back and explore the hidden coves and beautiful places that aren’t so commercial.

Lovely resort on the quieter NE of the island. Nice beach within walking distance. Very relaxing area to stay. We would recommend a car if you wished to venture further afield. We hired a car after reading other guests' reviews regarding the seasonal.bus service. There is a bus stop right outside the resort, though it's worth checking out the timetables or checking with the resort directly.. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They kindly upgraded our second room to a suite. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the friendly cleaning team came each day to freshen the room and replace the towels, etc. The restaurant was very good with lots of variety for both breakfast and dinner. The themed evenings offered variation throughout our stay.. The food was always fresh and replenished throughout service. The restaurant staff were very friendly and you were always met with a warm welcome. We will definitely return and would recommend to.others without hesitation. Thank you! 😊

The complex itself is fantastic. Clean, quiet adult pool, fitness facilities, evening entertainment, reasonably priced bar, well stocked breakfast & friendly, helpful staff.

It's location is both a great selling point but also a slight disadvantage. If you have no plans to go off site & looking for a very quiet and relaxing holiday, then this place is perfect. However if you wish to venture out and visit some restaurants or bars - you're a €20+ each way taxi ride away from the nearest active town. It's harsh to say this is something I didn't like - but it's a salient point I feel needs to be made.

I was staying on my own visiting a friend who lived nearby. My room was actually far better than anticipated- with a seating area, television, desk separate large bathroom and double bedroom with plenty of storage. Kettle and fridge. I didn’t eat there but you could and there’s a restaurant nearby and a seasonal supermarket. There’s also access to a beach (but of a challenging path) with a cafe/bar serving food. My room was also near the adults only pool so if you like swimming lengths for exercise the pool (one of three) is great with plenty of sun beds. My room was cleaned everyday.

Not a dislike but you would need transport if you want to get off site. My room was at the back/beach side of the complex and therefore quieter. I imagine it could be noisy if you’re near the other pools and they do play music until late.

The location is great for a restful family getaway. Relaxed environment with various pools and areas to relax. Tennis court proved popular and the food was great with plenty variety to keep the family interested for the week we were there.

Our main dislike (although minor) was the continuous playing if loud music which went on from around 10 am into the late evening. It just needs to be a bit quieter or on for more specific periods of focussed time. The gym could also be better equipped.

The staff were really welcoming, helpful and accommodating - we only booked the room for the day as had a late flight to catch and they were able to help us find an available room to check in slightly earlier. The room was quiet, comfortable and a short walk from the beach. I really appreciated that there was an adults only pool.

Unfortunately there was a damp smell in the room. If we had stayed for longer I probably would not have been able to stay in the room for a long period of time, but as we were there for a short while it didn't really bother us and everything else was really comfortable. There were also a couple of things left behind in the bathroom from the previous guests, but I can understand why they were missed by the cleaning staff as were up on a ledge.

Resort itself is great! It is a big resort with plenty of rooms across different areas which are well spaced. Main pool is a good size with plenty of sun loungers and bar nearby! The smaller adult pool was a bonus to get some quiet time away from all the activity of the main pool! Buffet is extensive with all the usuals! Staff are helpful, but for some of them English was almost non-existent so a good way for me as a non-Spanish speaker to practice but not easy! Rooftop bar area was also a bonus I was not expecting. Nearby shop was useful for supplies. Nearby Cala Llenya beach is fantastic and then various smaller beaches/bays nearby. Overall, a great resort in a good location if looking for a quieter part of the island. Recommend!

This isn't a criticism of the resort itself but rather a warning to potential bookers - The location is out of the way in a very quiet part of the island so taxis are not easily hailed. Unless you are planning to stay at the resort and nearby beaches for the entirety of your stay then some form of transport is definitely recommended in order to get around to nearby attractions

Very good buffet food. Very warm outdoor pool. Nice to have a kitchen with refrigerator and microwave in the room.

For 3 persons the room became a bit smal because the sofa bed took a lot of space away from the room and the kitchen became almost unreachable. . The separate bedroom and bathroom are spacious.
