The hotel staff were very helpful. All areas/rooms were well maintained and clean. We only had breakfast, which was OK, continental and simple hot breakfast items provided. The hotel is located towards the end of the resort, by the marina so you are not on top of all the bars and clubs, which were only a few minutes walk away. Would stay at the hotel again, as it was prefect for a quiet nights sleep but close enough to enjoy all of what S'Arenal has to offer. All of the restaurants were great, food, service, beers and cocktails.

We would have preferred an extra pillow, but the beds were clean, comfy, sheets and blankets provided. The hotel is a short walk up an incline so take care as the pavements have steps in them on one side of the road.

The location was excellent, this close to the beach, shops and restaurants all around, for this price? Can't beat it!

As a solo female traveller I had some security concerns. The door didn't have a chain or latch of any kind. No peep hole. So when someone knocked on my door I had to either ignore it or open it completely unsecured. This made me very nervous as random people knocked on the door by mistake a few times. My bathroom door also didn't lock, which would have also made me feel safer.

Breakfast had a good selection and was nice. Good location, away from the busy tourist area.

Great location, very kind staff. Close to the beach, to restaurants, to bus stops. Several places for car renting nearby. From the top foors the view is beautiful. The food is OK, price-value is fine. There is always something to choose from. The waitors/waitresses come regularly to clean to table to comfort you. The pool was clean, good choice for families as there is a pool for children. Nice environment, palm trees everywhere. There is a bar next to the pool where you can freshen yourself while relaxing.

There was no minibar in the room, we missed it much. In our room there was only one bedside table which was a bit uncomfortable. There could’ve been more choice of food, however as it’s a *** hotel, it’s not that disadvantage. The juices for breakfast aren’t tasty, rather cheap quality. We chose to drink water instead. The caffee machine wasn’t working properly, for example there was no cappuccino. They gave us two cards to open the door, electricity as always worked with the card inserted. We went to have breakfast, we left one of the cards inserted to charge our phones while eaing. Room service arrived and they removed and took the card. They did that twice. No parking place for the guests, you have to look for a place in the nearby streets (at least it’s free)

The hotel looks modern, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, bus stops. Nice pool and pool area, good pool bar. Staff is friendly. Rich selection at the breakfast bar. Room large enough, with air conditioning.

Noisy area, I was visiting the same hotel last year and this year it felt even worse. Drunk people yelling at the night, driving mopeds and cars like crazy. If you close the balcony door then noise is tolerable, but then you need to keep AC on (which also makes annoying himming noise), because the air gets stale quickly. Room is missing rack to dry clothes. Wifi is paid (but have unlimited data package on phone solves that).

The room was quite big, with a decent sized bathroom/shower. All the rooms had a balcony. The food was delicious, wide variety of choices for breakfast and dinner. The dining area also included a spacious terrace.

Street noise in the evening, but that's not up to the hotel. So if you're a light sleeper just take some earplugs .

Staff is amazing !!! Personally, I don't like to much polite tretmant/people, off course no one likes rude staff, but in this hotel whole staff, from guy on the reception, over cleaning ladies to ladies on breakfast are shining with pure natural humanity !!! THANK YOU !!!

It is not minus (because description clearly says there is no one), instead sugestion to improve - would be nice to have fridge/mini bar in room.

The hotel was far superior to what we had expected with is being a three star. It was definitely at least three star plus. Although in a very busy resort, the quietness and tranquillity of the pool area felt miles away from the noise and wildness of the main resort area just around the corner. The dining area was well laid out and comfortable with the option to sit out on the balcony overlooking the pool area. The kiosk by the pool area was well appointed and supplied a full range of drinks, both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Plus there was a good menu, supported by ice cream and other frozen products. The reception area was spacious and comfortable and a stair case led down to the bar. Here another comfortable and spacious area was found and friendly staff were there to greet and serve.

The choice of channels on the TV in the room is very poor, only one channel in English. Not a major problem as we only used it first thing in the morning and getting ready of an evening. Maybe tea and coffee facilities within the rooms would be nice. An some beer mats in the bar area.

The breakfast and dinner staff as well as the chefs were excellent and I would also like to commend the pool bar staff.

The women who clean the room did not want to leave clean towels, but left the already used and dirty ones on the chairs to dry. And when you ask for a clean towel, they don't give it to you because you have one clean one and that's not enough for two people who came to the sea 😮

It is modern and everyone is so friendly. The rooms was very clean and towels provided daily. I was given a cot which was good and always well informed by staff. Pool is extremely clean and had little bar onsite too.

Access to the pool isn’t easy you have 2 flights of stairs to conquer. The bed was slightly hard to sleep on, and there is no kettle. WiFi is limited to one device.
