location is fantastic, food is good. there are entertainment in the hotel, like kareoke in the bar and dance night however they do not advertise it. there is a good size balcony to dry wet clothes which made my life much easier.

we had to pay for every drink at dinner time, even for water. breakfast drinks were free, however long queues. air conditioning was leaking on my friends room, so we complained to the reception and they sorted it out

A varied and satisfying breakfast, towels were changed every day, a generally clean hotel, new furniture, fresh renovations in the bathroom, and the air conditioner worked for both cooling and heating. Nice personal. Convenient location. Close to the beach and bus stops.

Sound insulation is very poor. You can hear noise from the street and from the corridor and neighboring rooms. But earplugs, as always, save the day)

After reading all the reviews I got a bit worried that our stay won’t be as I imagined, but I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The room was modern and clean just as the pictures. I asked for an higher floor with a nice view and we got the 5’th floor. It was no noise like all the other comments were saying. Yes, the walls are thin and you can hear everything but I wasn’t planning on staying in the room in this holiday so it wasnt a problem.

The breakfast is not really good. Yes you have a lot to choose from but some things weren’t tasty at all The room cleaning was daily bit they didnt vacum so a lot of sand on the floor. The property is close to the beach, but its not in a great part of the city. If you plan to go and visit the island and dont want to spend a lot on a hotel then this hotel is what you are looking for! The reception people are usually nice, not all the time but everything I asked for was fulfilled eventualy so its a win.

Very nice hotel staff very helpful little bit of a hill to climb from the sea front I was staying for 5 nights half board based decided to stay extra 6 nights due to the weather being fine and the food was ok can't fault the place for the money you pay

The restaurant is down stairs no lift so have to walk down stairs could be a problem for some people I tended to sit in the normal table and always asked if I would like a drink with my dinner apart when the waitress was on day off was never asked by the other waters so there loss the drinks are very reasonable priced for a hotel you would pay more in the bars outside the hotel entertainment limited suppose to have karaoke 2 nights out of the first 5 nights this never happened so I took my business elsewhere at night Shame because I would have stayed in the hotel on these nights once again there loss

Sunny clean spacious room with sea view. Highly recommend half-board, breakfasts are splendid, so are the dinners – really rich. There is always some local speciality, chefs are excellent. Paella, fresh fruits and vegetables, fantastic desserts. Every day and every night something slightly different. Waitresses and waiters working really really hard there, so does the room cleaners. Downstairs is a huge bar, two swimming pools with cocktail bar. Beach is really near and the area is surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops, across the road is a little park. Excellently connected with Palma, comfortable location for discovering the island.

Towels are exchanged every day, even while not being really used – that is not ecological, neither economical. Walls are really thin, so you have to hope that you will get a decent mindful neighbours. In the restaurant is missing description of ingredients, signs which meals are vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, sugar free, which contain nuts, lactose or seafood. The staff is not always aware of the ingredients.

We were travelling to Palma de Mallorca with my friend for a calm holiday and wanted to have a hotel that was away from overcrowded area but also close to the beach and close enough to get to the airport. When we arrived at the place it was quite easy to get from the airport by bus, but there is also a possibility to take a taxi with no probs. The location of the hotel is great as it is 5 min away from the bus stop and 7-10 min away from the beach. The room was clean with a large balcony where we could enjoy the sun. It was quiet enough considering that the hotel was quite close to the party area, bars and restaurants. Sometimes you can hear a little bit of the neighbours in your room as the room dividers are not that thick, but it was not that loud. Also loved the blackout curtains which gave us a good sleep, that we were ready for the next day. Very pleasant hotel, will definitely recommend for fare price and quality

The top layer of the blanket was a bit stained, so would have liked more totally clean blanket initially.

I liked the location. Not far from the beach and a parking place next to the building for our rental car.

The staff was good in terms of service and help, but they didn’t look all too happy most of the time. And sometimes looked irritated. But maybe it was just me

It’s really big, clean, has everything you need, breakfast was absolutely fantastic! Staff is really really nice, you can leave your suitcases in a room at the hotel, Pool was wonderful, rooms were very clean and with AC. Perfect hotel and not pricey at all in my opinion.

A working way to the pool would be nice (coming from the 2nd building) because we needed to go through the main building every time but it wasn’t that bad.

Excellent hotel for a stop over. On bus route to the airport. Also, close to the Arenal beach and restaurants. Small room, but looked recently renovated, well kept and comfortable. Bed was really comfy. Bathroom also smaller, but had everything you need. Not spotless clean, but good enough. I only stayed overnight and left early in the morning, before breakfast.

A bit loud. I could hear my next door neighbors via the balcony even though I kept the door closed. They were talking in normal voice, but still it was like they were in the room with me, I could hear every word.

This place is the cheapest on the whole island but has abundance of nice food both for breakfast and dinner which we were really impressed by, and is really close to the beach, bars and restaurants, but also the public transport and 10 min from the airport. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the staff was very nice. Small improvements could be made but this is a party hotel and for that purpose it was great.

It was pretty loud during the night, the walls were super thin. But i guess if you came to party you can survive.
