Great location, very close to the beach. Good food , great selection of dishes. The people working there are amazing, really friendly and always happy to help ! Just wanted to say a big THANKS to all of them especially Silvia & Alejandro at the reception, Carlos,Luis,Daniel and all the staff working in the restaurant,bar & kitchen. You really made our stay very enjoyable!

The food is good, it is being topped up multiple times during both breakfast and dinner. There is plenty variety of food - for dinner there is usually some fish or other meat, something fried, paella, fruit, some pastry, a lot of fresh veggies... The food is well seasoned. For breakfast there is usually a variety of cheese and hams, eggs, a lot of pastry.. The room is as good for a cheap hotel as it could be. It is being cleaned daily (if you want to). The staff is really nice and you can ask them anything. The bus station to Palma is 10 min walk, and there is also a Lidl store maybe 15-20 min walk.

What I didn´t like is the neighborhood of the hotel, that actually tells you it is not the richest part of El Arenal. Of course it is not the hotels fault, but it is good to know that. The closer you get to the richer (and more German) part of the town the nicer it gets and the wider the sidewalks get.

Great room spotless and cleaned dailly Pool with sunbeds and lifeguard on. Food good choice and plentiful.

Booked all inclusive now in Majorca that means only 3 alcoholic drinks allowed at lunch and dinner you pay for the rest. Coffee water free.

very good location near to beach and bus stop and shops, I was lucky to get a room in the 8 floor so I had a beautiful vue , room was spacious and clean. staff were nice

The personnell in this hotel was amazing! 5 star rating for their service. I have stayed in other hotels but the level in this one was supreme when it comes to client attention. The food was good quality and much variety :) . Hotel was clean.

Very good value for the money I paid. Breakfast and dinner very good. The hotel is just few minutes by walk from the beach.

Nice evening fun in the bar ... Clean rooms ... I mean, for the 3* hotel this hotel ofer a lot ... Of course it can not be compared with 4* or 5* hotel but this hotel ofer very excellent value for money.

Place for shower near the swimming pool should be moved to another place because it is under the tree full of birds - you know what I mean 😀
