We liked the overall property with good brunch, spacious and clean rooms. It has a gym, swimming pool, laundry section and waiting area.

The lifts were scary as it made unusual noises which made me feel claustrophobic. Also there was an instance where I pressed 0 level and the moment it reached 0 level the doors did not open and went up directly to the 9th floor. We were given a room on the 9th floor where the balcony was not clean and full of pigeon shit. At the time of check in their server went down and it took more than an hour, we were in the waiting area but the staff did not bother to inform us when the issue got resolved.

The staff are very friendly and efficient also the variety of food is very good located only two blocks from the beach with the airport bus stop outside the hotel door at the moment they were replacing most of the pool side furniture with lovely new ones

The lifts are very noisy and seem to be giving problems only one lift of the four working the first day but they were working later that week

Everything is renovated and new - looks way better than before. The brunch is really good also some warm dishes (French fries etc.) good selection. Room is large enough. Overall good value for the money. 25min walk to Bierkönig which is fine. Mixed guests

The amenities a little cheap, small think like the shower do not work well / not very convenient. Could be cleaner but it’s okay.

Good location, the bus stop is next to the hotel, busses go to airport and Palma. Unlimited breakfast which is until 1.30pm, spacious room with fridge, very good hair dryer, friendly and helpful staff, hotel is well looked after

Some issues with the lifts, waiting time and not spacious enough

The staff were great and friendly. The hotel felt new and clean. The breakfast had a good variety of foods.

Felt slightly outnumbered in a very German area. Only one lift was working meaning it took a while to get up and down the hotel especially when we were on the top floor.

Late brunch is a big +. It was delicious and varied. Location is good.  People at the reception are also friendly.

Could clean better. Elevators are a bit slow.

Great staff & service!

It was noisy in the morning between 8h & 10h due to some repairs work. Also some teenagers they keep talking & laughing at corridor after midnight.

Great stay for what we needed! Breakfast was delicious and filled us for the day. Staff were brilliant. Definitely recommend!!

Checkin was inconvenient and Tool about 30min for 4 rooms on two bookings. They processed every room by itself.
