Had a great short break. End of season visit so nothing was too busy and we did not have to get stressed about not being able to get a sunbed round the pool. Room was great, but could do with a kettle for making hot drinks. We had a seaview from top floor. It overlooks the rooftops of neighboring properties, but view to sea, across to Palma and mountains is wonderful. A2 bus from airport literally stops by the door. 10 euros each way for 2. Taxi back to the airport took 10mins and cost 20 euros. Breakfast was great, once you get used to where everything is! Staff all very polite and helpful in our experience.

As per other comments, soundproofing is poor. You can hear people talking next door, and people moving about in the middle of the night if they are leaving to get flights. Might be a problem in high season when the hotel is busier. Then again it is not right on the front so is not exposed to the late night revellers. Decor generally a bit tired but perfectly acceptable - most people can probably say the same about their own homes to be fair! Pool area is literally next door to a kindergarten, so is noisy when the kids are out playing. easy access to bars, and restaurants on the seafront, so long as you are mobile. If you have mobility issues, then this venue might not be best for you as it is a slight walk uphill back to the hotel.

Pool area is fab with a great selection of drinks from the bar. Powerful shower. Good air con which kept the room cool. Location is super handy with a bus stop just around the corner to travel into Palma. Short 5-10 min walk to the beach (down the hill). Good range of choice at breakfast buffet. All in all, it was great for what I was looking for.

The walls are paper thin, so you do hear everything going on outside, up and down (didn’t bother me too much - but if you plan to spend a lot of time in the room, it’s worth considering). Rooms are a little on the small side but nice balcony. The bed wasn’t the comfiest. May have preferred a double bed (rather than 2 large twins pushed together for a solo occupancy as that would have freed up a little more room). No kettle in room but coffees available at the bar made up for it (at a small additional cost).

Hands down best breakfast of my trip. Alot of variety even for fruits, fresh bread and chef freshly preparing your eggs infront of you. Room was clean with good facilities and staff was friendly too.

Property is near to Al arenal beach, I would suggest getting a hotel in somewhere middle location of island if you want to explore the island and doesn't have license. because Al arenal is very end of the island and public transportation takes triple the time by car to reach somewhere. Otherwise location is good, infront of bus stop and near tour agencies.

Breakfasts and dinners are great!! Good variety of food, everything is delicious. Good value for the money! Good location, not far away from the sea. And by the way, the beach has lockers! Helpful stuff. Bike storage room!

All drinks at the dinner are paid extra, even tea or juice. Very thin walls, you can hear your neighbours very well and all the noise in the hallways. I guess the purpose of ¨adults only¨ hotels is to avoid the noise of the other guests but...

The hotel is wonderful. The price/quality ratio is excellent. The food is delicious and very varied. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the towels were changed as well. Being so close to the airport and Palma makes it a great location to stay.

The last 2 nights, there was a terribly loud group on our floor. Although from the reception tried to talk to them several times, there was no result and we had two sleepless nights. Such companies should be separated in end rooms and, if possible, floors so as not to disturb the other guests of the hotel who have gone on vacation.

When we arrived at 1am we were greatly warmly and each given a full meal! The staff were very friendly and polite the whole of our stay and really made us feel welcome and comfortable. The food was superb, plenty of options, omelette bar in the morning along with a host of other options and the dinner was tasty and varied as well. The location is brilliant, a short drive from the airport and its within a 5 minute walk of any shops you could want as well as a 15 minute walk from to the main strip. The spa on site is very well priced and has a host of wonderful features. The pool is alright with the sun reaching at all times of the day. Would recommend to anyone.

It was all superb.

We wanted to have relaxing vacations so we choose adults only hotel. We had half board. Buffet had food variations with different plates every night. We loved dinner more than breakfast to be honest) Personal is super professional and friendly. Since we had a car location wasn’t critical for us but we walked to the sea at the evening which is about 12-15 min relaxing walk.

We were with the dog and for the room cleaning we had to take her away which is impossible to do every single day because on vacations you plan your leisure. With the hot you just can’t always bring dog for hours away (because you don’t know when they clean exactly and can’t wait until they are done to bring the dogs back). So we have had our room not cleaned once or twice since we left the dog.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, as the food and service corresponded to the highest level of the hotel. Friendly staff, clean, delicious breakfasts and extremely tasty and varied dinners! And another option if you have a late departure - take a free shower and rest before the road after eviction from the room! Plus a great spa! We highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Not good WiFi

I love this hotel, would definitely come back. There is a pool on site with a lifeguard and a cafe/bar. There is also a spa you can access for a small price. The rooms are nice and tidy all with a balcony. It is also walking distance to the beach and not far from Palma, we got a taxi in and out no problem.

I'm not great with heights and this hotel is 12 stories high so if you don't want to be high up maybe request it when booking. I really liked everything else!!

I wouldn’t complain much about the hotel at all,the staff were so friendly the cleaners left the room spotless everyday with fresh towels and it was in a good location. The breakfast is also well worth it lots of choice.

only thing I’d like to see improve is that there was no kettle or iron in the room and it was noisy at night time with people shouting in their rooms.
