The apartment is super cute, nicely decorated and you have an incredible view from the 9th floor. The fridge, counter and cupboards are full of snacks, fruits, drinks and everything you need for breakfast and not only. Plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. Our host, Maribel was very nice and explained us everything. The location is a 5 min walk from the metro station and 4 metro stops from the center.

Maribel was a great host meeting us and explaining everything about the flat which was tidy and well maintained. There was plenty of choices for breakfast and also facilities to make some scrumbled eggs or cook something quickly. The metro station was just nearby and in a couple of stops you get to the city centre.

We loved everything but it would have been amazing to have an iron available.

A clean and good taste appartement at the nine floor of a building.The view from the window is beautiful, I saw all sunrises and a moonrise..so special moment. The breackfast was diverse very diverse, we had a lot of things to eat and drink.Cosmetic things also. Close to the metro.

The location was close to the city center and well connected. The neighbourhood was a bit scary and felt unsecure but this was probably because we´re not used to be in such places. So not an issue from the accomadation itself. The appartment was great, with lot of food and wine bottle as warm welcome. You have more than enough for breakfast, lunch and even facilities to prepare dinner if you want. Also, great welcome session from Maribel.

As I said, neighbourhood felt a bit unsecure but is probably not the case. Also, might worse checking the expiring date of some products available (they are so many which make it hard to check! So no complains here) All the rest was great

Maribel was very welcoming and had stocked the kitchen with lots of food and drink for our stay. the metro was just around the corner and it was only 4 stops to the centre of Seville

parking was just on a public land area so not secure. however the car was fine

The owner is extremely kind and helpful. The studio is cozy and fully equipped with all the equipment you need (washing machine included!). The location is close to a metro station that brings you directly downtown. Even though it is not in the city center you have a free parking lot close to the entrance of the building free of charge if you drive up to Siviglia. In essence I strongly suggest this place!

I have no remarks at all.

if you need to sleep in a hard mattress this is nous the place for you

good location , wry close to tram station , free parking - insecure in open parking area but didn’t have any problems , excellent breakfast and snacks supplied

access required 4 different keys , one at least difficult to work and then difficult to arrange leaving property

Very surprised at the amount of food that was available. The room was clean and comfortable, the kitchen even had a washing machine. there is also parking. It was just on the outskirts of the town and the tube to the town was outside the door. Maribel who met us was wonderful.

Oven not working and a little tlc required.

Location close to metro, very easy to get to city centre. Friendly and communicative personel. Provided good breakfast, even more than enough for two nights

Unpleasant smell from air conditioning and from the dishwasher machine. Due to that AC almost couldn't be used
