The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, Freshly cooked scrambled eggs; cereal with extra protein and fibre. The room was very comfortable and of a good size. The bathroom and shower were excellent. The staff were very helpful as my Spanish was zero! But the best feature was that when we arrived at 11am our room was available (we had given notice of our early flight and arrival time). Also on our last day for only 5 euros per hour we kept our room until 5pm as we had a late flight. These two things made such a difference. The hotel is outside the city centre but easily accessible by metro from a station 100metres away. The immediate neighbourhood has good shops, restaurants bars etc. If you're interested in football it is adjacent to Seville FC stadium.

Not a lot! A kettle was the only thing missing. Apparently this is available on a higher grade of room.

I am a guest with ocd in regards to cleaning and any unpleasant smell or strand of hair gets me triggered and I don’t sleep that relaxed. Having this in mind, I can definitely say this hotel has great cleaning staff and services! The room was always very clean, as well as the towels or bed sheets. Furniture and floor wooding, bathtub of the walk in shower - they seem new and there is always a fresh smell when entering the room - as if one would had recently painted the walls or underwent a general cleaning. Bed was extremely comfortable, fluffy and warm!

There nothing I can think about. Maybe just improve a bit the services at the terrace bar because on Monday and Tuesday they don’t serve coffee if you don’t have breakfast - even if on Sunday they did serve it.

The hotel is amazing! Well located with a metro station in front and a shopping centre close by. A few restaurants in the area as well as one on the ground floor, Barbarita. The matress was super comfortable, and the hairdryer was excellent quality, not those little ones that you usually see. The hotel has been renovated and looks lovely. There is plenty of space to have a drink or rest outside the room. The breakfast is great, the options were so many it's impossible not to find something good to eat. I totally recommend it and would stay again if in Seville.

Amazing hotel! I loved the design & our room was so beautiful! Everything felt brand new. The pillows, sheets and towels felt luxurious. We had a very quiet room and I slept very good.

The man in the reception could be a little bit more friendly and smiling. He did his job correctly, but were not smiling. And I could think that he could have informed us more about things, like the breakfast, restaurant or if we had any further questions. Because this was the first time we were in Sevilla. When we checked out a lovely receptionist helped us. I think her name was Patricia. She was great and gave that little extra. The man in the bar was also very friendly and welcoming and told us about the hotel and the design. That was interesting!

The breakfast was very good. The coffee was one of the best I've had at a hotel breakfast. The position of the hotel in relation to the points of interest in Seville seemed reasonable to me, being located at an approximately equal distance from Plaza De Espana, the Cathedral and the train station, with immediate access to the metro, shops and taxi station. I am happy for the choice I made. Of course, this is my personal opinion.

The room was not equipped with a coffee machine. However, it must be said that, in the hotel lobby, you can buy coffee at any time. I think this is the only thing that bothered me to some extent.

The hotel has a beautiful design. The staff is very friendly, ready to help in any situation, room cleaning was every day. Also the breakfasts are good in this hotel. For an additional cost you can get a room with a terrace, or extend the check out - it is very convenient.

I have a few small suggestions: - beds on wheels are very uncomfortable, they roll around, it would be nice to secure them. - good TV, but without access to youtube, was useless. - breakfasts not enough complex carbohydrates (salad leaves or porridge).

The room was very nice and comfortable, big enough for a solo traveler and quiet. The hotel is about 25 minute-walk from the city center, but there is also the option to take the bus or tram. The breakfast was quite good and it offered a big variety. The hotel itself has no restaurant, but there is a good one (Barbarita) right next to the hotel. The parking experience was not the best one, basically because the hotel is undergoing some renovations and therefore, there were not many spaces available. Otherwise, I guess it would have been great.

Very spacious and clean room with all facilities you need. We were on the 7th floor and it was very quiet, no noise from the streets. Breakfast was great, with lots of choice. Nice staff. Very good location, close to the metro station and close to two parks. We had our dog with us so we could let her out very easily. Private parking space, which is very convenient when you travel by car.

Charge for parking and for the dog (25€). We don’t mind paying extra for this but the fee is quite high per night.

I loved my holidays in Sevilla with your hotel. I will advise all my friends who are planning to visit Sevilla to stay here. Lovely breakfast, nice location-next to metro station. Hotel is freshly renovated in to modern design. But what I love the most? Staff in this hotel is the best. Everybody so nice and warm. Thank you for that. I will definately stay here again.All best

Very nicely refurbished. I liked the room decor and bathroom. Very good breakfast, included in the price. Although it's not located near the city centre and main attractions, it's a minute from the Metro station so takes only minutes to get there - though the 15 minute walk isn't unpleasant. And the staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful.
