Parking area infront of the reception office, €8 for 24hrs. paid €6 extra for view of the marina. the location is so near the Town centre but directly on the International Marina so doesn't feel like being in a city at all. Small beach nearby with cafes on the beach.

Apartment with best views are on 2nd floor, no lifts so any issues with mobility its a spiral staircase. didn't have time to use the pool area but looked nice, cafes and bars are very close and lovely setting. you have to get your parking ticket validated by reception to get the €8 rate.

Close to all amenities, on a bus route, and walking distance to town centre., Marina and eating venues.

Apartment had broken glass in the patio doors (which was reported and promised it was being dealt with) We were not offered an alternative apartment Felt unsafe due to glass being cracked especially as we were on ground floor and anyone could access the verander, no air condition in bedroom, no British TV, no sea view or pool view as requested & promised, although we were walking distance from the sea and pool.

The place is clean the staff are exceptional the pool are is comfortable and gated the beds are comfy. Andy s on site supermarket has everything you need , and if he don't have it today he will have it tomorrow, Andy is a people person and will go above and beyond to help .

It's just a little bit dated . Some things need to be updated. But I think the reviews of the past has affected this property in a big way . Hopefully things will change for them because they deserve it.

The location is spot on for a beach holiday. But also a short walk to the main strip. A few local restaurants on site catering for all tastes. Very helpful local shop for essentials and information on local area. Lovely and relaxing.

No parasols around the pool. Also can be tricky to get in and out of if you have slight mobility (back) issues due to the depth of steps to get in and out and pebble rendering around the pool.

The reception was very accessible on arrival and the lady was very pleaseant, the apartment was very clean, small kitchen, but very useable. Loved the bathroom with the full walk in shower, no stepping into the bath, very clean. Front room area had a nice table for 4, sofa bed, storage cupboard, coffee table, TV and aircon unit. The bedrooms were of a good size, plenty of cupboard space and little night shelves on either side of the beds. The bed was comfy, but as it was a memory foam mattress, personally for me it made the nights sleep hot. The apartments are very central and within walking distance to the town for food, shops and the beaches, plus if you have paid for parking, you can go in and out as you please to explore the area a bit further out or you can use the local bus service about 5 minute walk from the apartments. We will definitely go back.

My only disappointment was that we were not given the wi-fi password when checking in, it was 2 days into our stay when we realized you had to ask, personally this should be given or offered at check in. Also the same for the on site swimming pool, we were not told you needed a key card and a small deposit, this we found out when we tried to use the pool.

Very spacious bright apartment. Quiet location next to marina. Well equipped kitchen and cooking facilities, with washing up liquid, dishcloth and teatowels provided. Balcony with sun in middle of day. Comfortable beds. Helpful reception staff.

Bathroom a little rundown, but didn't detract from overall good experience.

Great location, great apartment and facilities. Even a supermarket on site with an English guy Andy running it that was so helpful.

The windows didn’t close fully in the bathroom but there were bars covering the windows that no one was getting through. No safe in the rooms was a bit of an issue for me.

The apartment was clean and tidy. Had all the mod cons etc that you’d need. Was right by the pool, marina, restaurants, a newsagent’s and the beach was a 3min walk away. Staff were kind and helpful & room was cleaned every 3rd day. Good value for price paid

The shower doesn’t drain very fast

Location was good however the kitchen and self catering facilities were not good. Also no ovan.

Kitchen facilities were not very good and space in kitchen very small. However wouldn't stop me coming back as staff were great.

loved the location, the pool & the main town centre a short walk away. the price was amazing & if the price is low customers will want to return.

just needs a bit of TLC as in outside of building, needs new sun beds as nearly all were cracked.
